My girlfriend and I stopped by for take out. When I decided I wanted a side of Low Mein instead of rice, they asked if I wanted them mixed. I said Sure. NOT DISAPPOINTED! I want to try their orange chicken next. Ladies and gentlemen: The crab rangoons here are AMAZING. We ordered 6 with our dinner and will be stopping by for a dozen tomorrow. Thin, crunchy and creamy. 100% recommend

Incredible people, they are very accommodating and friendly. The food has great flavor, my only knock would be that the chicken could use a better crisp. Sound pieces were perfect but a couple were soggy

Great Chinese food for the price. Their Mongolian beef, jalapeño beef, imperial chicken, egg rolls are my favorite. Staff are always kind and with a great attitude. Food is cooked super fast, place is clean and neat. From many places I have had Chinese food this is by far one of my top favorite restaurants. Cook is always happy to customize your order.

Quality of this place as well as the quality of the food has really gone downhill over the years. Rude staff, and the food horrible, shrimp in the shrimp fried rice the last time I ordered it was undercooked and rotten and the rice was hard and not edible. It's a real shame, used to be one of my favorite places to grab a meal.

I have been here several times and will always choose Imperial Palace to get my Chinese takeout. I did have a bad experience on Saturday, I ordered Hot braised pork and got a sweet and sour meal. I tried calling 3 times after I got home, no one answered the phone.

I've been here once before n had an ok experience, but this time it was awful the rice was overdone n the shrimp had no flavor. This will be the last time I give this place a chance.

Speak Chinese! Review a Movie! It's amazing what a fortune cookie will tell you. This is the food court Cantonese place across from the movie cineplex in the Conestoga Mall. Usually these are not positives, but this joint gets heavy traffic, which means the food is fresh. I was waiting for the queue to build up when the theatre opened for the afternoon, and picked up a plate of sweet and sour shrimp (as I seem to do every time I see a film here). The food is actually as good Hunan's, if you put both in the styro-lunch containers you couldn't tell the difference. As for atmosphere, it is a food court, and the guy at the wok is Guatamalan, but don't kid yourself everyone knows Hispanic dudes make mean cooks, the best restaurants are filled with them. Who knows better how to cook than immigrants, people who actually have had days of hunger and appreciate food?In any case I'm glad I had the chinese food cos I went to see Hangover 2 which is set in Asia. If I had followed the advice of the "movie reviewers" I woulda skipped it. This sequel is not a "copy" of the original, in fact it is funnier. It now has a familiar formula, and familiar characters. Hey jerkoff movie reviewers, how many "Road" movies did Crosby and Hope make, seven? It's the same formula but for the 21st century. Try pasting that in your "blog". No, you would have to know something about movies to do that. These movie reviewers couldn't write a sequel to a Christmas card. Every review of this movie has been a crap review, how about that. You see, familiarity is why people like soap operas, telenovellas, kick ass chinese food, Sinatra, you name it. Sometimes I even like 70's malls just because they are comfortable and familiar and I know what I am getting. So fuck it, 4 stars for the food court.

Bizarre food! My sweet and sour pork was bright pink and the sauce was like weak koolaid. The taste was as offputting as the looks. My sister had orange chicken, which was yellow and had a vague citrus taste but not orange. The others had veggies, were ok. I rarely post reviews let alone bad reviews but this was so horrific I felt I should. Good luck if you eat here.

With the whole pandemic, we have been craving Chinese food (didn't want to eat Panda Express) and we just recently found out that they are still open. We went in and they were so nice and happy that people are still coming in. We ordered 2 main dishes with rice, 6 crab rangoon, and a side order of sesame noodles for about $23. I think it's worth going in there for takeout! A really awesome team working there
