Image Market

The organization I lead has been ordering about 200 shirts from Image Market annually for nearly ten years. Their pre-designed templates are kept fresh and their turnaround time is impressive, especially on rush orders. We're not local... Several states away in fact, but we're not kept waiting for orders.One (only) of our many past orders had a production flaw where screen printing on shirts was coming off in the wash. After I sent some pictures, Image Market replaced the entire order, over $1000 value, no further questions and no shipping charge.Downsides? The per-item cost feels a little high... we're usually paying around $9 for cotton tees... and we're not "buying local", but the convenience of designing online, setting quantities, and getting proofs without having to go back and forth on the phone with a local salesperson keeps us coming back.
