I lost $80 from this company. I returned a faulty product. Their return address is somebody's house that is not affiliated with the company. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Customer service an all time low. They will not respond back to me after I've sent over 30 emails on getting a refund. They do not have a phone number. I just threw $149 down the drain. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THROWING YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW: Do not spend your money on iGearUSA. I ordered a keyboard for my iPad and upon arrival it did not work. I returned the product instantly with the return authorization #. It's been over 5 weeks and they have not refunded my visa.I googled the return address and it's a small house in Texas. THROW BY NIGHT COMPANY THAT WILL NOT RETURN YOUR EMAILS AND THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER.THIEVES

I placed an order on 10/7/14 and received my purchase 3 weeks later only to realize it was the wrong item. I sent a request to iGearUSA last week and still haven't heard back from customer service. I would not recommend shopping on this site.
