Exceptionally pleased with the customer service of this location. Needed a IPhone battery replacement. Asked for a quote through Yelp. Quote came back in a timely manner and very reasonable ($49.00). The other quote I got was for $80.00 so quite a savings. I was then able to schedule an appointment through their online Yelp platform as well. Went in at my appointed time and 30 minutes later I had a new battery. What was even better - is that one of the earpiece wires got tweaked when the case was opened and I could not hear anyone on my phone calls. I went back in the next day and they covered the repair under their warranty. Once again - 30 minutes and I was good to go. I really appreciate the customer service at this location. If you need repairs, take it here.

Horrible experience, took my wife's Apple Watch in bc the screen has a crack and was no longer responsive. They took watch and said it would take a week to repair. They took three weeks AND DIDN'T FIX WATCH. To top it off they gave me the watch back with more cracks in the screen than it had before AND CHARGED ME $37 for a watch that they did not fix. In essence I paid them $37 to hang on to a broken watch for three weeks and then give it back to me with more damage. Terrible, do not take items here. I should have gone to Apple in the first place. Waste of time and money.

Bad customer service can be defined when a business fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality, when they fail to back a product or warranty they sell and or overall poor customer service experience. ifixOmaha in Papillon surpasses the definition of "Bad Customer Service" they are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and unapologetic. The manager Troy called my 17 year old daughter a liar and even after his sales associate admitted his error, Troy not only failed to acknowledge he himself was wrong but continued to deny any responsibility and the warranty claim as well. Thumbs down for ratings ! Very disappointed and I will be sure that others are made aware that your company is untrustworthy.

Brought Iphone in for repair. New battery and new screen. $300. 2 weeks later the screen shattered. it was protected in a case, wasn't dropped or anything else. No marks on case or phone to prove it. Either faulty screen or poor install. They refused to cover it claiming physical damage. That phone was basically unused after the repair and was protected an clearly had no marks anywhere proving it wasn't dropped nor was any kind of damage done to it. I called and they said bring it in and if there are no marks then they would cover the screen. I get there and they completely changed that story. They wanted another $200 even though this was clearly from their repair. They do not cover their work at all. DO NOT use this business. Absolutely terrible.

I needed a battery for my iPhone 8. Came in around 3 on a Friday, decided to leave and run errands while the work was being done. The guy taking my information was polite and quick. Returned 45 minutes later to a fixed phone. No review yet on the quality of the battery but my battery health monitor in the phone is showing 100% again. Would recommend these guys for iPhone hardware issues!

I broke my phone last night. The screen was so broken that it was just lines and cell phone blood running down the screen. I took my phone into iFixOmaha as soon as they opened. I was greeted immediately by a friendly technician. I handed him my phone and simply said "I killed it"! He laughed and agreed. He then promptly said I will have it ready for you in 30 minutes. Yes he did and I had a nice conversation with another person at the counter. I also purchased a screen protector which they applied and a new case (the old one was broken too) which they put on for me. I was in and out in about 40 minutes and everything is fixed and installed. I am beyond happy and satisfied with the quality of work, friendliness, warranty of products, and time spent in the store!! When I break my phone again, I will return!!!

Good store for fixing your broken screen on your iPhone/other devices but the glass they use is not good for replicating the touchscreen of the original. Screen no longer moves seamlessly through different menus, has a "sticky" feel to it, not to mention the occasional screen freaking out sometimes because it thinks you're pressing buttons when you're not. Would think carefully about spending $120 on a screen unless these are features you don't mind dealing with after the fix. Honestly spend the extra $ and get an original screen from the dealer themselves..

Don't waste your time or money! Took son's non charging phone in for repair on a Saturday afternoon , 2 hrs later called me and told me good to go. They indicated they had taken it apart and got all the moisture out. Charged me $43 for a diagnostic/repair. Took it home, still wouldn't charge. Took it back on Monday, closed Sunday and employee indicated they never should have told me it was good to go after only two hours, the moisture couldn't be removed that quickly. Left it with them for two days, said they would put it in dehydrator and monitor the phone. Called me and said the water had probably ruined the board and to come get it.

Good customer service, terrible productsTLDR:Save or find a few more bucks (for example, $80 - $90 more at Best Buy) and get your phone serviced by an authorized repair shop. You'll be happier with the result. The problem with unauthorized repair shopsBelow are the problems that you'll encounter with unauthorized repair shops like iFixOmaha. Note, this review is for an iPhone X screen replacement however, it will likely apply to any phone that uses an OLED screen and is water and/or dust resistant, for example, the Samsung Galaxy line of phones.Let's start with the replacement screenThe replacement screen is low quality and possibly not an OLED screen (later, I'll describe why). Below are the issues that you will notice:- Image retention. Switching between apps that have light and dark backgrounds is frustrating at best. You can easily test this by switching between the clock and an app like Robinhood (Robinhood has a medium green background vs the clock app that has a dark background with white text). To have a fair comparison, I tested an old iPhone 7 that has an LCD screen and it did not exhibit any of the image retention problems. It's also 6 years old. Plenty of time for screen degradation.- Banding. While the phone is off, view it from an angle. You'll notice rainbowing on the screen. A tell tell sign that this is not an OLED screen at all (it doesn't have a screen protector, so that's not the issue).- Multitouch doesn't work correctly. Edge detection also doesn't work. This is extremely frustrating when using large phones as the palm consistently touches the screen when trying to reach the top edges.- FaceTime. You can see the facetime flash in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It's annoying and noticeable, even on apps that have a light background. Not sure why the flash-like light would be leaking through.- Fragile. Don't apply any pressure on the screen nor rattle it in any way. The screen cracked when I tapped the corner of the phone in my palm. I did this in an effort to remove water off of the device. See the next section as to why I was trying to frantically remove moisture from the device.Issues that they don't warn you about unless you know to ask- You will lose True tone for good. Because they are not using OEM parts and/or tools, they can not enable this. Make sure that you're good with losing true tone.- The device will no longer be water or dust proof. The tools they use, along with the non-OEM parts won't allow them to make a proper seal. There is nothing they can do about this since they are not an authorized repair shop. Make sure that you're okay with losing water proofing and dust proofing.- The phone will no longer lay flat (screen down). While I advise you against doing so, know that you will have a wobbly phone after the repair. They will tell you that it's like because the frame is bent and that's why your phone will not lay flat. Take this one as you will.- They will tell you that it'll cost almost double to use OEM parts. This is ridiculous. If so, then they cost more than BestBuy or Apple, which doesn't make sense. Why not get your phone repaired at the official store instead? If after reading this you are still dead set on going there, good luck. My advice is to pony up the extra $80 to $90 and take it to an authorized repair shop or better yet, if you can, take it to the Apple store. Note, with the Apple store, sometimes you get lucky and they just replace your phone outright. Your mileage may vary.

I replaced my battery on my iPhone X and a couple days later I had dropped it and it shattered I've dropped my phone like that a thousand times but I had them replace the screen and add a screen protector and I had an otter box defender on it as well and a little over 24 hours there's another crack in my screen and it hasn't been dropped and the best they said the could do is give me half off another screen the parts they use are the worst so please save your money or go somewhere else because the only thing that is going to happen is you being unsatisfied. My fiancé had her back camera lens replaced and it works fine but the quality is shit and on top of that it looks like there is glass shards sticking out the side of it. They should honor their work for replacements if this is the shit that's gonna happen!
