iFixOmaha Cass Court

This place is my go-to for Apple product services. They have repeatedly assisted me with difficult hardware upgrades and a services. They're always friendly and very understanding. The work is outstanding.Cost is more reasonable than many locations in town. I find that aspect about them to be reasonable.Parking is simple. I've never had a difficulty with that, there.If you want to upgrade your Mac, or repair it or your iPhone or iPad, they're the place for such!. I highly recommend them.

I'm very impressed with the services that I have received from IFixOmaha. I have had two batteries replaced. One for an iPhone 5 and another one for an iPhone 8. Both were installed quickly, perfectly, and for the same price that they quoted me. I left both phones overnight and both were ready as promised. IFixOmaha is highly recommended by me. My buddy had a screen protector installed on his Android phone by IFixOmaha. It was less than $80 bucks and has a lifetime warranty that covers both the replacement cost as well as labor cost. Which is great. The protector got a crack when he dropped the phone. Getting a new one installed was easy and it only takes IFixOmaha about 10 minutes to replace the protector. After I saw my friend's $600 phone was saved because he had a $74 dollar screen protector on it I bought one to replace the subpar one that came on my new iPhone 12. Having a lifetime warranty rocks.

Very helpful and honest, they didn't get my old blue ray repaired, but they gave it E for effort! No charge to me.

My friend cracked her phone really bad so we came here to get it fixed. It was an iPhone 7 and was a little over $100 to fix. The front desk worker was very friendly and it took about 45 minutes to fix. Would recommend!

This another one of these small shops that has great potential. After all they service Apple products! They remind me of the plumbers and cable installers of the old days. They are not really sure when stuff can be completed but will only answer questions with a "We might be able to do that". I am sure they do that because many people get angry being without their devices. In any case, after paying in advance I finally got my MBP back after two days. Please do better. I have lots of other stuff to fix.

Ever had your iPhone run over by a car only to have the screen look like a spider spun its web across it? Yeah, me neither. My son did though. After a call to Sprint, I learned that this type of damage isn't covered under warranty. Bummer. Utilizing the powerful Yelp search engine, I found iFixOmaha; complete with stellar reviews. I'll just throw another high review on the pile. The screen was damaged (obviously) but, miraculously not the body of the iPhone. The time to replace the screen was now and it took about half an hour.The staff here was friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the honesty of them saying the rest of the phone was fine. It was $99 to replace the screen, much more reasonable than a new smartphone. Hopefully, I won't be in there again. But if for some reason another screen goes Spider-Man, I know I'll be going here!

When my iPad would barely hold a charge, I contacted iFix on Cass and scheduled an appointment which was easy to do online. Prices for battery replacement were also online so there wasn't a big unexpected surprise. I dropped my iPad off at lunchtime one day and picked it up at lunchtime the next day. Price was reasonable and certainly cheaper than purchasing a new iPad and a shorter commute (and probably less aggravation) than going all the way out to the Apple Store. Service was friendly, I was pleased and would recommend.

I had my son's iPhone xs max screen replaced twice. the second time the screen went black while under warranty. I took it in to the cass location and they proceeded to tell me the board was damaged and the screen was ok. it has been a little bit but I decided to order a new screen. I took the old one that was supposed to still be good according to them. Low an behold the new screen I ordered worked immediately. There is no board level issue. They also severed the earpiece speaker ribbon cable which affects face id. I had to order a replacement too. I would steer clear of this company and oluse someone else.

Horrible experience. My daughter needed her phone fixed so I dropped it off midday. They told me they would call me when it was ready the same day. No one ever called so I ended up stopping back out there a few minutes before they closed. This was several minutes before 6. They were in the process of walking out of the store and locking up and I asked them why no one called me, and they basically ignored me and walked to their car. Never again. Now my daughter Has to go to school for the first day without her phone. Horrible customer service.

IFix Omaha provides great service. This is the first time I have dropped in at the Cass Court location, but the attention and service was just as helpful and courteous as the Papillion location. I asked for help with my Moms' older model iPad. It was frozen on the Apple logo. It needed a factory reset, but I couldn't make it work. The staff at iFix Omaha reset it for me for less than $40.00. So much better than buying a new one. I restored it via the cloud and voila we're back in business. Thanks for the friendly service. I highly recommend this business.
