Had a great phone call to start, seemed like she had great ideas and energy. Unfortunately I was supposed to receive an email with destination information and never did. I followed up with a phone call and text which she ignored. I was ghosted. Ended up finding a nice vacation on my own. Do not recommend as you might get ghosted before receiving any travel help.

I have never used a travel agent before, afraid if I wasn't ready to book I'd get a guilt trip or trapped into a trip I wasn't ready for. This was not the case; INSTANTLY Precious- my travel agent, assured me she LOVES her job and the best part is coming up with trip itineraries for people and us booking is a bonus. I got the information QUICK for my initial trip, but the dates changed so I asked for a new quote for a later time. And I booked! I went! I can't wait to go on my next trip this year. I didn't know I could afford TWO TRIPS, but the travel deals Precious got me was a BOGO! Can't wait to sail out for my next trip! Thank you Precious !
