This is the most unprofessionally ran pharmacy I've ever been to. By a mile! They not only said they would have my prescriptions filled in 20 minutes, they checked and verified the prescriptions and said they'd be ready in 20 minutes. So as my girlfriend is just getting off of work at the same time after her long day and I told her I would only be a few minutes behind because I was out of my medications. So they had me wait 20 minutes for nothing. Because the pharmacist there doesn't know anything about pharmacology at all. Someone needs to remind her that she just counts the pills and bottles them. She doesn't prescribe or know the difference between medications in the same class. All of that schooling and still as dumb as a doorknob. Horrible experience! I'll never go there again. That pharmacist needs to get laid quick!

(The Hy-Vee pharmacy located in Linden Market)I went today to pick up 5 prescriptions and while I was talking to one of the women at pick up the pharmacist in the back yelled that my prescription was on an insurance hold. When I asked if all of them were she yelled "it is on an insurance hold if you want it now you'll need to pay out of pocket" I then asked again "all of them..?" And she repeated herself in a disrespectful tone once again. I repeated myself for a third time because I was confused as to how alllll of the prescriptions were on a hold. Then just as she was about to yell for a third time the girl in front said that I had multiple prescriptions. I don't understand why it's necessary to yell at a customer especially when you're not even listening to what they are saying?? What happened to customer service?
