Hy-Vee Market Grille

I really like Hy-Vee but wish there was one closer to me. This one is not the closest to me, but is the easiest to get to so I usually come to this location. When I come, I almost always buy fresh corned beef from the deli section. I've also used their pharmacy for COVID and flu shots and always had great service. Store is clean and I like the way it is arranged. As a final bonus, they carry the wine that my wife likes. I also like that Hy-Vee is headquartered in the mid-West (Iowa) since I like supporting local companies.

I've had to walk out the last three times over the last year that I've tried to eat there. First time I waited an hour for bacon and eggs the second time I waited an hour during lunch third time was at Walhburgers and I also waited 40 minutes for burgers I never got. Not only that Hy-Vee pawns off their customer complaints onto the management of the store who don't respond at all. The smell of dead things in the produce section 1st thing in the morning isn't good either.

For a bias if grill, honestly the Market Grille is actually a good place. Nothing fancy, but a decent beer selection and a full bar and plenty of TVs if you want to watch a little sports or tv show. The grille is staffed and they are attentive, courteous and quick to clean or get a new drink. For a simple and relaxing meal, give them a try.

when it first opened it was great loved the food... now its horrible.. will never go again.. my mom and i went there for breakfast on Saturday and it was the worst ever.. the potatoes tasted like they were leftover and mushy. my gravy was rom temp at best and my mom's was cold. the pork on my mom's was more breading than pork... we barely ate 1/3 of what we ordered and took the rest home to my dogs for them to eat.. i will NEVER go there again . they need to get someone in there who cares about what they serve to the customer.

Hy-Vee market place grill in plattsmouth has the best food around! It's cooked to order and is always fresh and hot! It is also fairly priced and leaves you feeling full for the price. My fiancée and I always come here on date night because of the food and the atmosphere. I only gave it four stars because sometimes the servers forget we are there or forget to give us our food.

Really lovely service and food. I am on a diet so I was pleased to find the healthy options on the menu. I wasn't excited for my scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage and fruit cup but...the cook paid attention with them. The whites were well seasoned and had been cooked where the sausage had been cooked so they had FLAVOR! They were cooked just right too. Not rubbery yet fully cooked. My husband had some delicious breakfast sandwich with potatoes, slabs of bacon, egg all on Texas toast. Coffee was delicious too! Quick, friendly service. Excellent!

If this place was free, I would never eat there. Lazy employees, dirty tables, bad attitudes. This place does not want to be in business. Management doesn't care and employees. Don't care either, they're all killing time and wasting yours.

When the Grille opened it was great. Lots to choose from, and great service! Every time Corporate has an Idea, things go downhill. The best thing about going there now is the server Kyle. He does everything he can to make sure your visit is up to par. If corporate had stayed out I would spend more time there.

This is one of the better dining options in Plattsmouth.Overall section is good and you can always get the full salad bar and deli.Quality has improved over the past year and so has the service.Worth a try if you have not been there yet.

We haven't gone in awhile due to so so experiences in the past. Went for what we thought would be a quick breakfast before getting groceries. Service was super slow, one of the meals was wrong and food quality was poor. The meal that was wrong had a simple request of using real eggs instead of processed egg mix due to an allergy and they didn't use real eggs. If you are looking for breakfast in Plattsmouth go to Mom's Cafe. Much better service and food quality.
