Great customer service and knowledgeable quick problem diagnosis and repair on my GE refrigerator. Highly recommend!

Mike came out last week and fixed my refrigerator. He fixed it the same day! He had the part in his truck! Than a couple days later, my washer started leaking. Again, Mike went above and beyond fixing my washer too. When he told me he had to order a part, I figured it would be at least 4-5 days until he could come out and fix it. He was at my house less than 2 days later. He didn't want me to go the weekend without a washer, so he came over at the end of the day on a Friday night. It was faster than he told me AND less money than he told me. He works on most appliances and it's good to know I have someone to call if any of my appliances need serviced! I would highly recommend Husker Home Appliance Service!

THE BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR!! Mike always does a great job on all appliances. He has worked on our microwave, washer and refrigerator. He specializes in the LG brand but can work on other brands as well. Usually finishes in the same day. We have Husker on speed dial.

No way would I use them again The only reason was cause that's who my warranty used.The owner very rude I didn't want to leave repair man alone but he made me go wait upstairs Nope no way should anyone use these people!!!!!

Quick response time, they were able to squeeze us in between appointments on New Years Eve. Found out our appliance wasn't broken, but the duct work leading out of the house was clogged. Mike was able to locate the clog, and solve the problem quickly. Would highly recommended them!!

Wonderful, thoughtful company that makes commitments then follows through. We had a problem with our Frigidaire double oven, it kept on heating past the desired temperature setting. We called for repair on Thursday, they told us service window was in the afternoon and called us prior to arriving. The relay switch had a short in it and they had to overnight a board from Kansas City. The part arrived in the evening on Friday and they offered to come out in the evening to replace. We told them Saturday afternoon was fine. Mike came out around 3, fixed oven with new board and was gone quickly. No fuss, no mess, just good old fashion customer service. Nice to see that small business etiquette still exists! Use them for your repair problems

Saturday, June 18th, my refrigerator went out. Had to throw everything away. Called Husker Home Appliance Service and a repairman was at my house within the hour. I definitely will use this company again.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Mike was out this morning to fix a problem that started several weeks ago, and that another home appliance company had attempted to fix a month ago. Mike goes over and above, and really takes the time to do it right. I give him an unqualified recommendation.And just to add icing on the cake, his wife schedules the appointments, and she simply could not have been more pleasant.
