We've taken a couple of our cars to them. Allen and the whole team are always wonderful to work with, they will make sure that you know the problem. They like to be upfront and that's what I like most about them! They quick and rake care of the issue at hand. They strive to help out the community and to make sure you're safe on the road.

I can't express my gratitude enough for the service I receive every time I step in their door with vehicle issues, they ready help. I highly recommend checking in on the staff if your ride is down and out. My rating of 5 stars is not good enough have to give them 6 stars.

I Was very happy with how easy it was to book an appointment over the Internet. They were ready for me and saw my car right away at scheduled time and offered me a reasonable fixes based on age of my vehicle for what I needed done. Great job guys

I contacted House of Mufflers about a rattling I was hearing from the rear when I hit bumps and when I backed up. I told them I shook the muffler, and it rattled, but Im not sure if that the problem. They set up an appointment to look at it. The mechanic came out and drove it in the shop while I waited in the lobby. I could hear the noise from inside the lobby, so I know he heard it. After they inspected it, I was told that the noise was from the bad rear muffler and from the middle muffler, and it was leaking exhaust. I let them change both out a few days later. When I picked my vehicle up, it was backed in. The guy at the counter said it's all ready and should be really quiet. I drove back to work, and on the way, I hit a bump, and the rattling was still there. Backed in at work, and noise was still there. I contacted them, and he said to bring it back in. I couldn't that day, and it was on a Friday. I got home and started inspecting myself and found the sway bar links were bad and that the emergency brake shoes were bad. I replaced all, and all the noises stopped. I didn't need to spend almost $900 on mufflers that wasn't even the problems, but they said it was.Update: The Operations Manager Dave Bettger contacted me and got some info Jan 2nd. He called me Jan 5th. He said that they should've done an inspection the first day I brought it in, and that was their fault, but he kept saying it was miscommunication on both sides. What? How? He tried to blame me for them not inspecting my vehicle like they supposed to have done whenever they get a car in the shop for repairs as he said they do. Then he tried to take that back when I said there isnt a both sides. He even admitted that even though my mufflers needed replace, they had nothing to do with the reason I brought it in. He said the inspection was completed the second time I brought it back for them to do the muffler replacement. What? He had the nerve to say I dont know what you think I can do to help this situation. I told him there's no more reason to talk and hung up.

I took my car to House of Mufflers & Brakes to get it aligned. I was referred to them by another business. I was totally impressed with their friendliness and total professionalism. I decided to wait for them to finish and was really pleased at how little time it actually took. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and will bring my car back for any other needs in the future.

Great customer service, friendly, and honest. I'm a car guy myself, so I expected good work. This place delivered quality work at a great price. Welds are near a work of art, sturdy mount, great sound and performance.

Over the years we have used House of mufflers and brakes for several autos. Alan and his team always do a great job. They don't over charge or fix something without telling you. They always make you feel like your important which means a lot to me.Alan the manager has been there for years and knows his business.

I have taken my car for repairs in the past but NEVER again. Took my car in since my air was not working. Was told that a part was $900, but a TEMPORARY fix would be over $100. The supposedly cleaned wires and my air worked for ONE DAY. Ripped off...manager did not offer refund and was told "temporary fix so did not know how long it will last." The temps were 98 and 100 degrees MIND YOU! Wrote letter to OWNER and talked to him. No refund and he was RUDE and spoke OVER me repeatedly. Felt scammed by his LACK of professionalism too. BAD experience and tacky---no refund or any apologies by ANYONE here!
