HOTWORX - Omaha

To start with Hotworx has a really friendly environment. The staff and other members have been so kind. The facility is clean. I really enjoy how I am able to choose different workouts throughout the day. I usually do an ISO and a HIIT workout when I'm there. Cycle is probably the one I do most, but there is something I like about all the different workouts. All my friends know I'm an avid Hotworx member. Hotworx has helped me to reach some of my fitness goals. I'm going to keep coming back.

Absolutely LOVE Hotworx! I was introduced to Hotworx from my sister's bestie and close friend of mine Krystle K. My sister had joined Hotworx shortly after Krystle did and I had been meaning to try a free class with them for some time. After setting up my initial free class with Haley the three of us managed to finally take one of these virtual sauna classes together. It was super fun and I was absolutely down to supplement my powerlifting workouts with these quick and intense workouts in the saunas. It's been a little over a month since I joined and I have loved being able to sign up for classes at any time of the day in a 24 hour period, being in the sauna by myself or the max of 3 people. It has been the perfect self care regimen I've needed since the weirdness of the pandemic and the world getting to a new norm. I know I'll keep coming back to this location to workout with my sister and Krystle as well as one that's opening up near where I live. Thank you Hotworx midtown for helping me realize what my mind and body need to be the warrior woman I am!

I went to this location of Hotworx because my friend wanted me to try a class with her here. Combining my two favorite things, hanging with one of my favorite people and working out, how could I say no! We tried a yoga class at my first class here and it was great! I have tried yoga at many other place before, but since you can probably only fit a maximum of maybe 3 people at most in a room at a time, I felt way more comfortable here than anywhere else I have ever done yoga in my life! Hotworx gets its name because, well, you get to workout in an infrared sauna! You definitely will sweat!After our workout was finished, I was able to take a tour of the studio and Haley was our guide. She is so helpful and friendly! She is definitely what made me want to come back for a second workout, after which, I did end up signing up for a membership. It is so worth it if you think about it! You can do so many different classes at different times of day! If you need to cancel, you can cancel about 2 minutes before class and you can sign up just before class starts as well if there is available spots! Hotworx is so convenient for a busy person!

I have been to a few different Hotworx locations and this is the best. Haley and the other staff members are all so friendly. Haley gave me a very detailed tour. She is always encouraging me towards my goals. The idea of Hotworx is 3D training (heat, infrared energy, and exercise). It is nice to be able to reserve the sauna room in advance and currently only two are allowed per sauna. Once a member, you have 24 hour access. There are 15 minute HIIT workouts or 30-40 minute isometric workouts that are completed at a recommended 125 degree temperature, but it's dry heat and doesn't feel as hot. There is also an area to use that has free weights, a bench, pull up bar, and ropes. After working out, there are a few showers available to use.

I enjoy getting a good sweat every time. I feel myself getting stronger and more balanced each time I go. I only wish that the sessions changed more often. I have been going since the beginning of January and I feel like I have all of the sessions memorized. I'm really wanting something new at this point.

I absolutely love HOTWORX! I have gone there ever since I hurt my knee and it has provided rehab for me in a positive way. I am beyond obsessed and go everyday.

I've been a member since this location opened and haven't regretted one moment! There is a sense of belonging as soon as you walk through the door. It doesn't matter what your body type is, or what your own personal fitness journey looks like, you instantly feel as though this is where you fit in. Shout out to Hot Worx's employee, Brian, who works up a sweat in and out of the studio! I've seen him crushing it in sessions, but on a recent visit, saw the same effort as he worked a Saturday morning. I watched as he cleaned and sanitized the equipment and studios, vacuumed and mopped floors. The effort he put forth reminded me what HotWorxs is all about fundamentally...not just showing up, but giving it everything you've got, in everything you do, because it all matters. Love this place!!

When I signed up for my membership I was under the impression that I had to commit to three months then could cancel anytime. I signed up in spring of 2020 and went to cancel and was told that I had to give a 60 day notice and pay two more months before my membership would be canceled. Just feels a little scammy and should be explained better to future members signing up! I'm sure these agreements are stated in the fine print, but I feel that this should be verbally explained when signing up because I know three other people that were mislead by this as well. Overall, good experience while I was a member besides that.

This is my favorite Hotworx location (midtown) in Omaha. I drive the extra time just to get to this gym vs the 2 locations closer to my home. Leanne and the staff are friendly & engaging. They greet me when I come in the door, always friendly & that means a lot to me. The facility is larger than the other locations & I don't fill the bottle neck squeeze. They offer the spray cleaners vs hand wipes to sanitize the sauna and equipment. Their product selection is large & displayed well. I love the monthly contests they have. I have been a member of Hotworx for nearly 6 weeks now, I really look forward to my workouts!
