HOTWORX - Bellevue, NE

I love the variety of ISO classes, and how much the HIIT classes push me! I just started going this month but I've done at least 20 workouts which says a lot. I'm sure this initial wave will be the strongest, but I don't think I'll get sick of the infrared sauna experience.

I was considering getting a membership one evening when a delivery person came to the door. The woman who answered, Rainbow (blonde ponytail and cap), was really rude to the driver! When the driver thanked her, Rainbow didn't respond and muttered something disrespectful under her breath. Later, I overheard her telling the company that she never received her food, when in fact, she had! They say to judge a person's character by how they treat others, and she definitely didn't pass that test. And this is a 'woman-owned' business? If that means acting like a catty liar and thief, then sure. I decided not to sign up after that experience--can't trust a place like this. Beware!

Kindness. Cleanliness. Change.These are things I look for when I am looking to join a gym. KINDNESS: The owners at Hotworx, Bellevue location are wonderful. These ladies have a heart to serve their clients to ensure that they have a safe and clean space to work out. Every interaction is always pleasant, and I look forward to my next visit. CLEANLINESS: I am impressed with the clients that attend this location; they are committed to cleaning after their classes, and it shows. The studio, bathrooms, and saunas have always been in mint condition. CHANGE: Already, I am noticing a change in my muscle composition! I have noticed less and less low back pain and always leave, knowing I got a great workout.I highly recommend Hotwox in Bellevue, it meets all my desired qualities for a gym; the people are kind, the studio/saunas are clean, and I am seeing the changes in my body!!

Ashley is fabulous! Her patience and understanding are so reassuring. Businesses need more great people like her!

Was not happy with their customer service. They could of done the right thing but didn't. Sad.

This is the first and only gym I have ever felt completely comfortable in. The staff is always welcoming and beyond accommodating. I am always greeted and met with genuine kindness. The workouts are exactly what I was looking for because I didn't want to spend hours in the gym or workout in front of a bunch of people. The ability to workout in a room by myself even with the lights off is something I have never found at another gym. I thought my standards and expectations for a gym were too high but HotWorx has not only met, but exceeded them.
