What a delightful place to stay with delightful people!!! Maya at the front desk is so personable & helpful with a 1000 watt smile!! Your stay includes a shuttle driver (Nick) who gladly takes you free of charge to attractions or dinner within several miles of the hotel. I do recommend tipping though. A bar is available for light breakfast fare in the morning and drinks at night. There's a cool Speakeasy hidden behind the black door. Knock 3 times for entry. There's a whole story and theme for their cocktails and mocktails. There's a charge to park around the hotel, so I'd recommend doing valet parking and paying when reserving your room bc there aren't a lot of spaces. Ok, now for the room.My room was the standard 2 Queen beds. And there was plenty of space for 2-4 people. There's a nice big shower with multiple shower heads. Offered bathroom amenities are hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. All are attached and not travel size bottles. The bed is comfortable. The a/c seemed to be on a timer of some sort. The fan ran 24/7 and seemed to go between freezing or comfortable most of the time. During the night it got downright cold. But I sleep best that way. There's no microwave in the room but one is available in the common area. There's also some refreshments for purchase downstairs. My room came with a Nespresso coffee machine and a small cute orange mini fridge. A chair for lounging in along with a writing desk and chair were also available in the room. Because of the history of this building, the room has tall ceilings and exposed brick under the large windows with a view. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it another day. And Maya was awesome with accommodating me! Don't sleep on The Hotel Indigo...but do go sleep AT the Hotel Indigo if you're ever in Omaha!

Great, modern loft style rooms with plenty of space and tasteful fixtures/decor. Lots of exposed brick, retro style fridges etc. But really the best thing was the service from the front desk. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to cater to all of our requests and needs. My dad sent my teenage neice on a plane before him and she needed a room before he got there so they let us check in on his behalf a bit early so she would have a place to put her stuff and stay until my dad got to town. Was a lot of moving parts for Thanksgiving and they helped things go as smoothly as possible. It was our second time staying there and it's probably going to be our go to for future Omaha trips as well.

We had a great stay here! Our room was very clean, staff was extremely kind and helpful, and housekeeping was consistent and met our needs. Located downtown, not only was I pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, but there is so much to do downtown that this hotel is in a great location near likely anything that one would want to do. Their shuttle service is very helpful as **available parking downtown is very limited**. That said, with the hotel's happy hour, the speakeasy located inside it, and the lovely Astute Coffee next door, you don't have to go far for some of the area's delights.

I could not have possibly picked a better place to stay for my time in Omaha. At Hotel Indigo, everything from the friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, and location were worry of 5+ stars. When I got into Omaha it was a little too early for check-in so I opted to store my bags at the hotel so I could walk around and explore the city. The hotel is only about a 5-10 minute walk from Old Market, the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, Creighton University, and a ton of other local attractions. In addition to this, the hotel has a driver who will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the Indigo. We used the service quite a few times during our stay and our driver was Nick. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about Omaha. He is seriously the best, so make sure to tip generously if you use his services! Now when it comes to the room and amenities, it could not have been a better stay. Our room was so elegantly decorated, the bathroom was very spacious and came equipped with a rainfall shower, and of course the most important part, the bed, was so comfortable and cozy. Another interesting feature of the Indigo is that in addition to their downstairs bar, they also have a speakeasy on their first floor. It is called Anna Wilson, and it's a very cool spot to hang out with super friendly staff. Overall, I was so impressed by the Indigo and would give it more than 5 stars if I could. It was only a quick 2 night stay for us but I would have happily stayed longer.

With a son at Creighton University, we have been up to Omaha many times and stayed in multiple locations. Hotel Indigo (an IHG hotel) was an impressive surprise! It is a beautiful and thoughtfully renovated space close to the University as well as the downtown and Old Market areas. From the moment you step into the lobby, the staff is friendly and the vibe is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are numerous. They have a small area off the lobby with essential items, a Nepresso coffee maker and a clever little speakeasy called Anna's Place. This little gem is a must if you're staying at the hotel (or even if you're not) with local history and deliciously crafted cocktails. The gym is well appointed and they will also soon be opening a bistro restaurant next door. For now, they offer coffee in the guestrooms and lobby, as well as a few small choices for breakfast. The architecture is interesting and the decor is tasteful. Other than parking (we had to park on the street), I would say Hotel Indigo is a perfect choice if you're in the Omaha area.

We were in town on business and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and they have a free shuttle to take you around the city. Our driver Nick was the BEST. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Indigo was a phenomenal stay! I am kicking myself for not taking pictures while we stayed, but I can't praise this hotel and their staff enough! The hotel has so many amenities and everyone was extremely helpful. We checked in and left our car with the valet and the rest of our weekend was pure bliss. Check in was smooth and the room was decorated well and very clean. Thursday night the hotel put on a free cocktail hour with great mixed drinks in their bar area. The coolest part by far was the speakeasy on the first floor. If you are looking for a place to stay while in downtown Omaha I would highly recommend.

Charming new hotel with a historic-meets-modern vibe. I loved my room -- clean, quiet, spacious, tall exposed cement ceilings, artfully decorated. There's a construction project for a new restaurant, but it wasn't disruptive. Definitely try Anna's speakeasy for adult, yet playful cocktails. More downtown than in the Old Market, but walkable. Free parking in a slightly spooky garage across the street.

Nice, clean room. But they blast pop music in the lobby all night and it's keeping me up. I don't need to listen to Taylor at 330 am.

when you book on IHG they have a breakfast package that is described as a "full breakfast for two" it's about 20.00 more a night. When you get there you find out they only have pastries and coffee. At check out you ask for the 20.00 back and they refuse. They literally steal 20 bucks a night from you and they don't care. I asked the to correct their add but they are still doing it today. THE REFUSED TI REFUND THE DIFFRENCE PER NIGHT
