Hotel Arthur - InnGlenwood

This Hotel was so beautiful! My family and I weren't excepting much because it was only about $60 a room- but what a deal!! No breakfast due to COVID but coffee and juice was available. The inside is so pretty and was a wonderful stay! 10/10 recommend!!!

Dirty floors, no fitted sheet on the bed, tub diverter broke hot was cold cold was hot, tub stopper broke, hole in wall , paint was bad, 3 pillows on king size bed, let's just say it's not a place I would EVER stay again. The worst place I've been in 15 years

My experience was totally different from the other reviewer. Well appointed hallway leading to my newly redone room. They were very helpful with my requests and the price can't be beat!! Quite room and got a good nights sleep. My only complaint would be trying to get anything on the tv. They need to trash their current system and get cable or satellite.

If you have the option, DO NOT stay here. This place smells bad and it's dirty. You have to pay upfront. The website is garbage. The internet does not work. The sheets were not motel/hotel clean. Neither were the towels. They actually had stains on them. I did have real pillows just decorative ones. The toilet seat was the wrong fit for the toilet and it was loose. Colleague's bathroom door fell off. After two days, I left. I lost out on $50+ but I came out ahead because I didn't have to be there another day or night.

Worst Hotel ever. Claim to be renovating but said they had 8 completely renovated already... it look real nice when fresh paint, beautiful decor, until I moved the very thin blanket which revealed sheets that had clearly not been changed, only two towels for four people, very thin towels, AC was broke and stuck on 62 degrees. The owner lives in a room behind the desk and took 20 minutes to come to the front desk. I could hear the tv going and people swearing from where I stood waiting. Owner freaked when we asked if they had heavier blankets. She argued that all hotels only offer two towels and thin blankets are apparently the high class thing??? She was very rude and disrespectful. Worst Hotel ever. Nice looking decor and new paint job but horrible service, ice Michener broke, and bedding was less than desirable.
