Hookah 402

I usually go to x-hale hookah but I thought I'd give them a try. Their hookah is actually more affordable than x-hale too. I had a rose hookah it was really good. I like their set up they have nice tables and seating the staff is very friendly too. They also sell hookah supplies like hoses and flavors too I'll definitely be back for sure!

Don't let the bare decor and questionable furniture choices fool you, this is a great hookah lounge. Hookah 402 isn't a dance club-cum-hookah-bar you go to just to be seen. It's a laid back place to enjoy a great hookah and talk with your friends. We came in on a Saturday around 7:30-8:00 and there were very few customers, leaving plenty of seats for us to choose. Right away, the service was friendly and helpful. We talked a bit about what flavors we generally enjoy and the (I believe) owner made a recommendation that we agreed with. Our hookah came out promptly afterward, clean and perfectly prepared, and the staff made sure we had enough perfectly lit coals over the course of our stay. As of the time of writing, here are a few more positives about this place:-Complimentary water and tea. (No food provided, though you are allowed to bring yours in.)-17 bucks is the most expensive shisha they have. -High quality hookahs that don't have the annoying throw-away plastic hoses.-Playing cards and bubbles provided at no cost.-Live entertainment on Saturdays, other events through the week like movies on Wednesdays. -Friendly, helpful, awesome service.Now, there are things they could improve on, here. Better furniture would go a long way, as would adding some decoration. As I understand it, though, they're fairly new and with time (and increased business) they'll have the chance to fix these little things.Omaha can now boast two hookah lounges, though they offer different experiences. Oasis downtown offers loud music, energetic crowds, bright DJ lights and alcohol, but Hookah 402 provides great service and excellent shisha in an atmosphere that actually allows you to relax. With that in mind, Hookah 402 is the clear winner in my book.

Superb customer service and amazing hookah. Though unfortunately they don't have as wide of a variety, no starbuzz for example. Now it's also a bit younger crowd and much more social atmosphere

The owner, Marcos, is there many times. All his staff genuinely treat you like they care about you. Military and student discount on Tuesdays! Must say it's a very positive atmosphere. Plan to come again

The staff are very friendly and were helpful. It was a nice relaxing environment. I would definitely come here again.

These guys know what they are doing. Great quality materials and AWESOME tobacco brands. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere like a hookah establishment should be. I took off one star for the seating. This could be improved.

This place is great, especially compared to your other options in Omaha. The owners are incredibly personable and very invested in making sure your experience is great. The hookah is ok, not the pinnacle of hookahs, but decent enough. Served in KM hookahs with coconut coals, the experience is predictable which is a plus in the hookah world. The downside would be the space itself, offering limited seating and no clean air ventilation. Where Hookah 402 shines is in their service. They truly provide 5 star service and make sure your experience a great one. There is absolutely no reason to smoke anywhere else in Omaha.

I really enjoyed the customer service that was provided. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. I love that the staff was so well educated on all of the products and were happy to educate me as well. They really took the time to give me what I was looking for and were happy to make suggestions as well. I will most definitely be returning to purchase my sheehsa and accessories.Only downside was it was super small and the ventilation was bad. Otherwise I enjoyed my first experience!

Love this place. The staff is friendly and attentive. I play games here on the weekends and there are always people to talk to or hang out with. Lots of in-house games to play if you don't bring your own. The manager Travis is willing to do special orders if its something he can get he will try his best.
