I forgot to take a pic of my food. I was too excited to dig in. I had the Hair of the Dog. I almost removed the peanut butter. However, due to my prior experience with the odd but delicious ingredients on the 1809, I decided to leave it as is. It was delicious. I so enjoyed it. My only gripe was the bacon flavor not really shining through in the jam. It was still very tasty tho

The restaurant maintained exceptional cleanliness, a factor I consistently emphasize as crucial. While customer service fell short of expectations, it remained satisfactory. Upon entry, we received a greeting, although the cashier's assistance was limited, possibly due to our failure to disclose it was our first time visiting. Fortunately, the food was good particularly the Fireside Burger meal, which we shared. The burger's quality was evident, with harmonious component integration. Notably, the fries stole the spotlight - exceptionally hot, fresh, expertly seasoned, and cooked to perfection, with a generous serving.

Came here to eat with my family, we had a big order and they were so patient and food came out hot and fresh! We love coming here can't wait to come back soon!

Stopped in Lincoln, Nebraska for lunch on the way to Colorado and I have to be Honest like Abe...and we were disappointed. We counted on chicken nuggets being available to our two daughters and they were out! *sadness* Burger was good and the fries/ tots were crispy and delicious. Great decor!

Great burger, The Fireside, fries, Mex Coke. Salad with grilled chicken. Everything was/is very tasty and we will keep coming. Real fresh cut potatoes fries. The best. And most anywhere serving Mex CocaCola is good place for foods.

Good burger, but straight rude service.The food is good. I've been here a few times now, and the burgers are constantly on point. Customer service is lacking. The guy taking my order was being rude. It's not what you say, but how you say it. It's also what you don't say. To just stand there and stare at me was weird. To make me ask if you are ready is a lack of training. To respond with an eye roll is unprofessional. Service will come and go, but I think the have a good formula to push out delicious food on a consistent basis.

(Trying a 3rd location here)Fiancé got a seasonal special - the Dazed and Cornfused.roasted corn & cilantro sour cream, cotija cheese, cinnamon-sugar tortilla strips, chili-lime mayonnaiseWe were both questioning about the topping combination in this one because it really did sound like a confused mess, but somehow it worked. I wasn't too sure what was going on and neither was he. Definitely a lot of flavor here and especially combined with the flavor of the beef itself.I got the Colonel Burger with chicken instead of beef, no tomato; Grilled Chicken, Mozzarella, Basil, Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette, Balsamic MayoIt actually was like eating a Caprese salad in a burger, and SO GOOD! The balsamic and garlic and mozzarella and basil combination was supreme! Mozzarella was really fresh, whole layer of basil on the bottom, and very generous amounts of sauces in there. No complaints at all here coz this was a superb burger! It really surprised me. Even the sauces by themselves were good. I would totally recommend trying the sauce with fries.My brother got the Nacho Mama on chicken too; queso cream cheese, tortilla chips, green onion sour cream.Was my second option for my order, and it would have been a good choice as well. Quite a different flavor from the caprese but a really good favor of its own. Nacho vibes totally came through with the crispy tortilla chips and that sauce thing going on. Bro definitely enjoyed his burger.

You just can't go wrong with beef and freedom from one location.I had the Big Poppa with tots.Everything was fresh and the flavor contrasts between the raspberry jam and the jalapeño cream cheese were perfect.Tots dipped in awesome sauce were also hard to beat.

Honestly nothing really stood out as above average. We went in about 15 minutes before they closed and we could feel the annoyance of the staff that we came in before they'd closed. After we walked in, a few small groups cameBehind us. Each time a group came in, someone would look out any angrily yell "2 more just came in...", "4 more just came in...". Just didn't feel very welcoming. Burger was very salty, and fries were ok. I don't think we will be back.

Have you had the best burger in Lincoln, maybe even in Nebraska, yet? I can not tell a lie, Honest Abe's has it. They have a rotating menus of crazy creative burgers and the 4 locations across Lincoln all have different ones at different times. Every week they change up endlessly creative and delicious burgers. Want to know the best part? They had a burger called the Hammer of Thor..... it is my absolute favorite! It has brusselsprouts, chipotle cream cheese, bacon mayo, and pepper Jack. I used to check all 4 locations weekly to see where it was and would drive across town just to get it. But that best part I promised, they added it to the standard burgers they have all the time at all locations!!!So if you have perfected crazy cool burgers what is next? How about some of the best fries around and then just to make it impossible for anyone to ever come close to your level you creat multiple delicious dipping sauces from scratch. Trust me, do yourself a favor. Get Abe's sauce, then order an extra one cause you are going to want it. Then just for fun make great milkshakes that you can add booze to! This place is fantastic!
