Honda of lincoln is great! I got the price I wanted for my car. I was in the market of cars. A dealership in Omaha, told me that they can give me the price that I want for my car but I have to be up there in the next 1-2 hours. I hung up the phone and, called Nathan Anderson at Honda of lincoln and told him my situation. He told me that Omaha people tend to play around with customer. Later I got a text from Omaha saying they can't do the price that I want. So they were planning on making me drive up to Omaha and told me they can't do it. I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln. Nathan is the person to go. He took care of me and got the car I want and the color. I highly appreciate the help!

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon to look at a used car. Spent at least 10 minutes in the lot looking around and not a single salesperson came out of the building to help us. When we went in to ask about one particular car, we were informed that another customer had an appointment to look at it soon, so they couldn't show it to us just yet but would call us afterwards, probably in an hour or so. We never did hear anything back. I understand giving the person with the appointment priority. I don't understand ignoring a potential customer or not calling to say the car had been sold. Maybe we would have been interested in another vehicle if they had offered to show us something else. We left with the feeling we wouldn't hear anything back, so we went to another dealership and ended up purchasing a vehicle there. I doubt we'd recommend Honda of Lincoln to our friends or family.

NO NO NO NO NO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!I was in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle from another state. ALEXIS was helping and seemed great. I filled out a finance app but asked him to hold off on it. He said ok. I had another quote from a dealership locally and wanted to maybe work out a better deal.I sent him the quote and... I received no response from him. Then I see my credit was run 3 times! I called the dealership and the receptionist said "oh yea he's right here I'll transfer you to his line." I got transferred to his line. I heard him pick up and hang up! I Called back, and got voicemail. The story speaks for itself! What kind of dealership promotes this kind of disrespect to a potential customer? SOOOO WRONG. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here. I have NEVER been so disrespected by company before. SLIMY AND DISHONEST ! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!UPDATE: On the response from management.. Isn't is easier to pick up the phone with an "apology?" Rather then a lengthy response... and is the the ONLY way to get a response? I was never contacted by the dealer since this incident. How would you expect to make me a "happy customer" if you're still non responsive? Cmon!?

Enjoyed my visit at Honda of Lincoln. Scott Stream was excellent to work with, and the entire team at Honda of Lincoln was up front and honest with me in all my dealings with the team. We are super pleased with our new vehicle and would refer anyone to this dealership.

Dallas Ottemann was very nice to work with; he was helpful and friendly. I bought a car remotely from Virginia and he helped me take care of everything over the telephone. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Honda of Lincoln to friends and family. My car buying experience was stress free and very easy, even when buying from 1,200 miles away!

I bought a car a year ago, had some issues with the buying and wanting to sell. I called multiple times to get more options and the options they gave me wouldn't help me out, it would put me in a bad situation. The finance person I talked to was not the nicest and made it sound like he really didn't want to help me, and when I asked for help with the warranty, he kept telling me I had to contact their warranty company myself, but I already had. The company they use told me I had to go through the dealership, Such a waste of my time! I ended up going through another dealership that treated me with more respect and helped me find a better option with better payments. I have been trying for almost a month now, to cancel the warranty plan through this dealership, that I had no idea was costing me so much money! Please make sure if you buy or lease here, you know what you're getting into! they definitely didn't help me out as a first time buyer at all.

I have bought and leased cars from Honda for the last 5 years now; however, I can't say that this last experience was very great. I originally went in to see if I could trade in my car to have lower monthly payments.Right away when we went in, we were recommended to test drive and look at an all electric car, even though I asked to look at a different model. Our salesman very confidently ensured us that this would be our best option and our best bet on how to lower our monthly payments (due to EV incentive programs, tax deductions, etc.) I didn't mind the idea of the car, I just needed to learn more about it. After testing driving the car for about 10 minutes or so, I decided it was a nice car and wanted to see the price. We were told that payments would be around $430/month. They were ready to have us sign papers right then and there but I decided I needed more time to think about it. A few days later, I was called by the salesperson and told that they only had two electric cars and if I wanted them to hold one aside; I needed to decide. I decided to go with the car to lower my payments by $200. I thought it would work out. The day I went to pick up my new car I was explained about charging the car and was given a map that looked like it had a lot of options for charging around me. (In reality, it has been difficult to find a convenient and nearby charging location. After an hour of getting information about charging, I was whisked away by the financial service advisor. I was signing paperwork and the advisor was speaking so fast I could barely follow along. I had to ask him to slow down. He then told me that my payments would be $601. I was floored, that was not cheaper than my previous car nor was it the price I was told or given the previous week. He said the increase was for the protection plan. While this protection plan was not required, I was strongly advised to keep the protection plan, especially for an all electric car because all of the master technicians would say that electric cars are their worst nightmare. He said key fobs are $500 and a windshield is $2,000 because of their smart sensors. I said this car isn't actually saving me any money at this point. He told me he would give me the employee discount for the plan if I gave him a good review. The discount brought the payment down to $581. I signed the paperwork and I regretted it almost immediately. I felt so overwhelmed and rushed through the whole process.I thought I'd be a loyal Honda customer but my recent experience really disappointed me. I am not enjoying my new vehicle, I am concerned about the charging feature, and I am not saving any money like I hoped. I hope the next customer that walks in is given options and time to pick out their perfect family car, unlike me. I'm counting down the days until I can return my car. (Which is sad because I haven't even had the car a week.) Also, the brand new electric car i now have, somehow has way less features than my previous vehicle. If you enjoy having front and rear sensors for parking, good audio system, and a trunk that is automatic; I would recommend avoiding Honda's all electric vehicle, Prologue.

I went to the Honda showroom yesterday afternoon with some very special requirements and needs for a new vehicle. This was necessary to accommodate my roommate and wonderful friend for whom I had to act as caregiver this summer. Everyone I interfaced with, was very pleasant and helpful which included my salesman, finance manager and the general manager, Andy Goodyear who made it all possible. Two & one half hrs. later I drove away from the showroom in my new 2019 Honda CR-V which they managed to fit into my budget.
