Worst experience I've had with a landlord in 7 years of renting. These people should not be landlords. They do not respect their tenants and will take weeks to fix a problem- that's if they even respond to you. It is a huge burden for them to fix anything and they will tell you they are too busy with their children and their other jobs. They charged me pet rent for my support animal. When my fridge broke, it took them a week to replace it and when they did replace it they brought me a filthy fridge with OLD FISH from the previous tenant. When I broke my leg and asked to use the freight elevator they refused to let me use it because it was "unsafe" but would use it to tote their drunk friends to the fifth floor at 2am. They told me I should have thought about the fact that they didn't have an elevator before I broke my leg. When I was temporarily disabled for three months Jeff (landlord) told me "we're not your f*cking taxi". LOL.
