I talked to all of the main spa showrooms in town when looking to acquire a swim spa. Home Innovations Spas rose to the top in every category. Fast, responsive service, easy to understand process and fair price. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch. The best part, and often the most telling about the quality of a business, is the after the sale service that I have received. When it comes to questions about chemical levels, filters, minor maintenance issues, or regularly scheduled check ups, Home Innovations has gone above and beyond every time. Tim has been amazing to work with, and now that I found out they also sell cold plunge pools and master spa saunas, I will be doing more business with them.I purchased the H2X Trainer 15 D Swim Spa as a family compromise to wanting a pool or a hot tub. I am so confident that I made the right choice. We can use this year around, and despite the kids asking for a hot tub like they were begging for a new puppy, this has definitely become MY toy! I'm in this thing every day at least once, Winter and summer alike.

I always thought yelp was here to help people, but I have found some times you will be harassed via other avenues like private emails and facebook to remove a review that you posted intending to help others. I initially posted a review on yelp with regards to my disappointment with my sales person at Home Innovations. He had lied to me in order to get me to buy a spa at their spa sale event at Ralston Arena. I explained health issues and my requirements. I was told by the sales person that this particular spa was a"mineral spa" that required no maintenance other than 1 tablespoon of chlorine per person after use and to drain it every 3 months. I was told the "mineral filter" cleans the spa and was healthy for your skin, even moisturizes it. This was far from true. Due to constant pH issues, we were always adding more and more pH chemicals, extra chlorine, shock treatments etc. Chemicals we were told we would not use. These issues with the pH and the use of chemicals caused me some health issues. After a couple months, I contacted the owner again. I explained that in addition to other issues with this sales person, had I known about the chemicals, I would not have purchased this tub. It was currently and often unusable to me. They apologized and agreed to remove the hot tub and credited the price. I was extremely happy with their decision. I thought the headache was over. Two weeks ago I received an email from the owner asking me to please remove my yelp review since they helped me. I was going to do an addendum, because I felt my review was accurate. After a week, I still had not changed it, so the owner facebook messaged me to please remove the review. When I still did not do it promptly, the owner then sent a very long email to my husband at his work about my not removing the review yet and questioning my health issues as well as other concerns I had. My husband forwarded it to me. I found it very harassing and slightly threatening. I also feel he was suggesting he would take some sort of action if I did not remove the review promptly. I initially was going to add that they were great for helping me and I appreciated it, but maybe I was accurate in the first place.

These guys rock! The sale cycle was a no pressure situation- very informative and fun. Installation was hands on and caring. Support after purchase is great. The product is just what we hoped for and more. They continue to exceed our expectations! We love our swim spa and we love Home Innovations!

They're the only Master Spa dealer in Omaha and they won't repair the hot tub the previous owner that I bought my house from and they have no referrals for the work.

We purchased our hot tub here 2 years ago. They were great before the sale, answering questions, helpful, nice, After our purchase we tried to use the great warranty they offered, everything we had issues with were exempt. Oh sorry, that is not included in the warranty. They do not return phone calls, ordered wrong parts, then we went in cause we were having issues with our staying clear. They told us to try bromine and switch to see if it helped. It did not help and made situation worse. Then we tried to return the chemicals (used maybe 3 times) and they refused to return them. Said their chemicals are not bad, its was user error. We have purchased all our chemicals and any thing we needed for the hot tub from them. They have been taking our money for 2 years. I cannot accept such bad customer service and misinformation. I would not recommend anyone to use this business. Look for service and products else where.

I had a valve that had failed on an older Legacy Spa (not unexpected; spa is more than15 yers old). I sent pictures of the failed component and spa model to Home Innovations hoping they could get me a replacement. The owner called me the following afternoon, X-MAs Eve, asking if I could come in with the defective valve and he'd try to find me an alternate part that would allow for a quick repair. He sorted through multiple new valves and eventually found one with internal components that would work in my older model spa. The personalized service was exceptional. And the price he'd charged me for the valve was much less than I'd have paid on line. I don't routinely buy a spa but when I'm ready to replace my older model, Home Innovations will be my first stop.

We have had an amazing experience buying our hot tub from this place. They're super friendly and knowledgeable and have a "no pressure" approach. Most importantly, the service they provide after the installation is superior. Tim is SO helpful over the phone and when you go into the store to replenish products you need for upkeep. If I ever have a question, I don't hesitate to call and they're super responsive.

Equipment they sell is top notch. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY !!! THE FOLLOW UP SERVICE IS THE BEST YOU'LL FIND. Haven't really had major problems, but whenever I need anything or have questions about something they (TIM) always has the answers and always the best and CHEAPEST way to handle the situation.
