We stopped in here on a Saturday evening to do some browsing. Lots of fun. Lots of interesting unique items to look at. Quite a variety of goods, worth looking around for that one item you might want. I was surprised by the food choices here. Pretty good stuff and pretty good prices in some cases. I can't give 5 stars as some of the quality of some stuff seems questionable but given the prices its hard to complain. Either way fun browsing and you might find a fun purchase you didn't know you needed!

This is the type of store that's fun to browse and the likelihood of walking away with things you didn't even know you needed or wanted is great. They have a lot of small furniture accessories and seasonal items. On a recent visit, everything was pastel and/or included a rabbit motif for spring/Easter. It would be a fun place to shop if one is just setting up a home, giving it a fresh look or staging it for sale. I was looking for some new throw rugs for the kitchen and found exactly what I had in mind. Prices are reasonable and there is a rotating selection of clearance items in the back. I think this belongs to the same company as TJ Maxx and Marshalls but it seemed a lot more organized and a little bit nicer.

I'm currently in a nesting phase. Rather than totally overwhelm myself with the vast furnishing updates needed to give our 133-year old the interior it deserves, I've started small and focused on the master bedroom first. The master bedroom looks pretty good at this point. The only problem was that, no matter how good the new paint job, new art, and new quilt looked, there was still a view of my ass-ugly laundry basket upon entering the room. This had to be fixed.Four years ago, I treated myself to a trash can that was made from metal. Don't my softlines deserve equal, if not better, treatment as empty packages of Sour Patch Kids and the switch-to-Cox-Internet mailings we receive daily?I have a general rule of buying second hand if the item in question is not going to touch my boobs, butt, beav, bare feet, or bed. But basically any hamper I'd find second hand is going to either be as ugly as the current hamper, or rusty and haunted by the ghosts of mismatched socks.Big box retailer it was.I've been to Home Goods a few times with purchases and experiences that never merited a Yelp review. This most recent time, Home Goods had the same fucking hamper for less than half the price that I had just seen at Cost Plus World Market half an hour earlier. You bet I snapped that fucker up."You got a new laundry basket," commented by boyfriend. "That looks pretty sharp. Where'd that come from?""Home Goods," I replied. "It's like TJ Maxx but for house stuff," knowing that this explanation satisfied the subtext in his question of, "How much did you spend on that superfluous purchase? What's wrong with ugly plastic college dorm hampers?" He has his own rule, which I admit is admirable: use it until it breaks, then fix it and use it until it breaks again, rinse and repeat, then possibly consider a replacement. What do you want me to tell you? Home Goods lives up to its parent company in that it sells shit the other big boxes couldn't move. One thing I didn't like: I was waiting in line and a robot voice told me that register 1 was open. Like, seriously, did the checkout lady see me waiting and press a button? Is this corporate policy? Whatever happened to, "I can help whoever's next?"

4.5 stars. Reasonably priced decor that looks nice but won't break the bank. I just came in to browse and spent way too much time discovering things! If I needed a random throw or wall piece I would return Walked out with some flavored coffee syrup that is cheaper here than other places.

This is the only place I've found that sells Neuhaus Chocolates. They have such a wide variety of unique food and home decor, I love this place!!!The kids stuff is incredible and very affordable. And they have stuff you can't find anywhere else!! Hair care products sold only in Italy, imported foods, hand crafted glassware, luxury bedding, and so much more. It's the strictly decor store of the TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores.

My review has nothing to do with the items in the store as I always can find something unique and original- my one star is for the staff and their attitude. First off, when I go to spend money anywhere, or potentially spend. Money, I expect the staff to be courteous at a minimum and to at least pretend they want to grow their business and appreciate their sales. However, a couple of weeks ago I went in about 25 minutes before close and I noticed right when I walked in a girl that worked there was standing close to the front door and when she saw me she didn't greet me or say hi she turned around and went behind the counter and announced that it was 9:45 (it was 9:40 ). Oddly enough, a week or two before this incident I had went in, and they announced the 15 minute warning at 9:40 as well which makes me feel like they don't want my business or anyone else's, if it's anywhere near close and clearly they want everyone to leave BEFORE they're actually closed.I also feel this way for specific reasons- my daughter and I were looking at a few different things and Ray, the manager or employee on duty had walked by us multiple times not even cracking a smile, as usual. I wouldn't expect this from an employee- let alone a manager. When it was 5 til 10 my daughter and I started walking to the checkout line until I realized there was a stain on the comforter we were purchasing so we decided to see if there was a different one. Scott walked over to the aisle we were in and told us we "better scoot out of here and we're about to close," and then he repeated himself while I was contemplating how to react. I told Him it would be nice if he would offer some help and that I was actually trying to look for the same comforter I had but didnt have make up on it. It's frustrating shopping somewhere and the manager tells us to "scootch," our BEFORE close. I look d at my email and paper receipts spent in the store and the last four months but it's at least 1500. I guess I should probably find somewhere else to shop if this treatment is acceptable and tolerated. There was also another lady working there with multi colored hair, and she wasn't any nicer. Ray and the lady had aisles blocked off moving stuff around that night as well (before close) and when I moved one of their carts a couple inches to get through I could hear Ray complains about it askingWho moved his cart. And just two days ago I went in and spent 285.00 you shouldn't Have to spend a bunch of money to get good treatment but I'm just saying it's the principle of the matter I went in and spent 285 got a Tommy Hilfiger band bench and a bunch of other stuff and I had a rug I needed to return it was a single rug I didn't come with the package just came with one rug and I couldn't find the receipt on my email so I had asked him about possibly just getting store credit for it and the manager Scott was so rude and patronizing I almost just left everything on the counter and the bench and left.I did tell one of the eMpliyees who had run out my reciept to me that I was frustrated with the constant horribleCustomer service. She was nice and acknowledged she sees me shopping in there. A lot and she's sorry but it didn't make it right because, again, it seems there's no consequence for this stores overall attitude. I would love to continue shopping here but will wait until the staff is properly trained on how to treat loyal customers.
