This Hole in the wall, has gone down hill, since my favorite (Dr David Schneider) retired in July 2022, from this facility. I knew he was my age and I would kidding say to him,"You can't retire on me now", (as I saw this coming, I guess.?)The staff(Brittney, especially)has gotten really rude to patients, as well as other staff and managers, not returning important phone calls about important health questions. I as well as my immediate family have been at this practice for going on 45 years & saw Dr David Schneider, who was a very pleasant DR who knew my every ache and pain,I had been through a lot of spine issues through the years and he addressed them all very well. Now days, Just before the new move,& even after their new move, they have become very snobbish, and I wouldn't even send my dog or even a pet hamster, to this joint. I went there twice to inquire about records recently(2023) and did not see, but one patient in the waiting room and very few, if any cars? in the patient parking lot! hhmm?? Mine is not the only negative review. I am very happy with my new choice of providers,so they did me a favor,in my eyes, Enjoy retirement Dr David Schneider. You earned it! STAY AWAY, There are plenty of other Nice Primary Care Physicians (PCP'S) who need business in Lincoln.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor for my children, because our previous pcp was over a 20 minute drive across town. We found Dr. Michael Meyers was accepting new patients, so I made an appointment. His nurse or medical assistant seemed like she was in a hurry and didn't really care to listen to what I was saying as she was checking us in. Then when Dr. Meyers came into the room; from the get-go, he had a condescending nature as to why we were there. I told him our previous doctor said that one of my children was due for a yearly check-up, and I brought my older child in for one as well. He acted confused like that was stupid. Then every problem I brought up that I had concerns with, I got just an impression from him like "Try this or that first; otherwise, we'd refer to dermatology...I'm not going to treat it". (Referring to just a basic request for acne issues with my son). The reason you see a PCP I thought was to get total care, not to get referrals. So I thought he had a terrible bedside manner for children especially. I don't know what to do; if I should go try to find a pediatrician or what. But I really don't feel like I want to go see him again for any help just for the fact that he'd treat me like I'm an idiot.

Dr. Van Wyk has been my primary care physician for almost 15 years and I have received nothing but the best care. She is always willing to spend extra time with patients. Dr. Majerus was also excellent but he has moved to a new practice. The PA Lynn has also always provided excellent care. Never had any problems with billing or appointments. Nurses are excellent, phone calls to them always taken care of quickly.

Dr Chughtai is the worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. If you have anything more than a little flu or cold, he gives up trying to figure out what's wrong with you, or assumes you're faking it. Stopped finally seeing this dude one day, and it took my new doctor not even the first full year of seeing him to realize i had something wrong with my brain for who knows how long. Both my current neurologist and doctor are light years away from chughtai, and the difference is obvious. Whatever reason you have for considering this place as an option for you, i promise it's not worth it. I cant speak for the other providers here, but i wouldn't risk it personally. Only nice thing i have to say is the front staff was always friendly and returned my calls same day.

I felt like I wasn't suppose to be there! Empty, huge, chilly waiting room, not welcoming at all by the physical building or the staff that run it. Certainly not the same experience when it was Dr. Schneider's practice. In fact, I would not recommend this practice to anyone, there are plenty of other choices in Lincoln! I will be kind and leave it at that!

I've been going to this doctors office for a few years now and I've honestly never had a good experience. I have been misdiagnosed, which led to a severe reaction. My brother was also given a completely different medicine than he was prescribed. If all of this wasn't a reason to leave, the office workers and nurses are some of the rudest professionals I've ever dealt with. Besides one of the receptionists, the nurses are snotty and rude. When I asked nurse Casey what the medicine I was prescribed was she didn't even know. She proceeded to put nurse Sarah on the phone, where she was super rude to me. I hope that others never have to deal with an experience like this. I highly suggest looking into other doctors before you choose this one.
