Hollywood Candy

This was a fun find! This candy/antique store is filled to the brim with stuff. It's overwhelming - so many things to look at. Every corner is filled. The store needs some upkeep -- a lot of lights were out and some serious cleaning is needed. It doesn't seem like anything has been really updated or maintained since it was built. They do have every kind of candy - and the grab bag that I bought - everything was fresh and good which was really surprising!They had a lot of COKE antiques which I love. And lots of different sections -- socks, PEZ collectibles, records, an Asian food/candy section, tshirts, etc. They had a soda/food station but it didn't look very good - the icecream looked old. Lots of fun large statues - Elvis, Blues Brothers, some Halloween creatures that talked/scared you. Every turn had something new. Compared to the World's Largest Candy store in Minnesota, it doesn't do very well due to the clutter/dirt and dust but it is a fun place to visit if you are in the area!

What a place! The arcade of vintage pinball machines is amazing! I will tell you in advance that some are out of order and some of them have some issues like a slow flipper or a weak spring. But they are beautiful to look at and hear, and there is something about FEELING the ball rolling and bouncing around on the board that's so cool. In addition to pinball, there are lots of collections and collectibles here. And lots of candy, I really love candy. So much candy.I got a Yelp check-in bonus for a box of popcorn for 99¢! There is a diner area there which I will explore on another visit. I have been to Hollywood Candy many times, and it's still exciting, every time!

Looking for that old fashion candy??? This is the place, perfect hang out for the whole family. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

I can always count on the Hollywood Candy to have what I need.So my grandpa used to do this game for family reunions. It consisted of the long licorice ropes. I had been looking all over, Internet, grocery stores, everywhere I can think of for these licorice ropes. I called Hollywood Candy and sure enough they had what I needed. Not just in one flavor, I ended up getting strawberry and black licorice. The game was so much fun thanks to Hollywood Candy!

Love the selection of CANDY...takes you waaaay back to your childhood for sure! When checking in you get a box of fresh delicious POPCORN (for 99 cents) to eat while you shop! Family friendly place...huge arcade for the kiddos...furbaby items ...lots of make your own "candy bar" items for birthday parties and home events in various colors and sizes...loved it! Very "Hollywood"

I could spend hours in Hollywood Candy! Not only is it a candy store with more sweets than you can imagine, it's also full of vintage toys, games, records, and a huge collection of pinball machines. Most of the pinball machines are still in service and available to play, so make sure to bring your quarters!

This place has absolutely everything!! I loved it here!!! They're really getting into the Halloween spirit

This is truly a staple of downtown Omaha! If anyone is visiting, it is just a fun thing to walk through and even get some old fashioned or new fashioned candy. Not only is it a candy store, it has a game area of old pinball machines that take quarters. I love the variety here, and it never gets old to walk around and see some history of Omaha!

FREE99 popcorn ..yes please! Who doesn't love popcorn??? We always stop in to buy candy, popcorn and look around...it nostalgic

can't explain how fun and cool this place is!! I come here every time I'm in town and never fail to stay less than an hour! It's genuinely one of the best places in downtown Omaha!!
