Extremely difficult to contact. We had them put on a new roof which was done well and is a great product. For this I would have given 4 stars. But...We have been trying since October to get a bid from them for siding and windows with no luck. Tried texting the sales rep several times, called him, emailed the company and used their website chat bot. All with no luck. For this, one star.So the long and short of it is, if you don't mind being ignored for weeks on end they are great. If you want a contractor that keeps in touch and let's you know what is going on, presumably there are better out there for that. We will find out.

Beware of this company! Signed agreement on June 30 to fix wind damage to roof from the June 19 storm. Jeff was our sale rep. No updates, and he asked for half the payment and I paid him on July 25. He assured it after that it would be soon. On July 29 he said he would speak with Matt Callahan, the production manager. August passed with no word, Jeff repeated he would contact the production staff. It's been so long that my emergency tarp had holes and they had to com to replace the emergency tarp. It is now September 7 and now Jeff will not return any text messages. I've left messages with Matt Callahan and he still hasn't returned my calls. My neighbor's roofs have been fixed a month ago, and there are no more houses in my subdivision with roof damage, mine is the only one. I will make a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Nebraska Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. If that doesn't work, I will start the litigation process. I don't know how they have a A+ BBB rating.

Their website seemed impressive, so I requested a free estimate for new siding. The guy came out as scheduled. He seemed knowledgeable and was very nice, but I never received the estimate. That was 2 weeks ago. I've had other companies that have given me an estimate on the spot, or at least within a week. Seems like they are not interested in my business.

We had a very good experience with Hoffman Weber when we had to have our roof replaced . They followed through on their time lines, workers left our home site clean , and the roof looks great.!

My house was struck by a tornado on 06/12/17. I signed a contract with Hoffman Weber Construction in Omaha in July and I have had nothing but problems. They took 4 months to get back to my insurance company with their bid so it was 6 months before I had any work done. My damaged roof leaked twice during this time which resulted in more damage. The roof was not replaced until the end of November!The company does not come to perform work when they say they will - they just say they will be there next week for sure. They respond to my requests for information with "I'll check with the production manager" or they do not respond at all. I still need exterior power washing, siding, paint, gutters, and insulation in my attic and basement. Since they dragged their feet the outdoor work cannot be completed until spring. My neighbors' houses that were total losses will be in their new houses before my house is complete. They also want me to redo my contract and pay them for work that hasn't been done. Their website claims they work with your insurance company but it seems they only see the situation as a blank check. I refused to sign the new contract and I was met with anger and threats of 'cancelling my contract' and 'just billing me their going rate as the insurance company pays them so much less than their normal rates'This is not unique to my house, several of my neighbors are experiencing the same problems. If I could give a negative star...I would. This has been the worst experience and unfortunately it is not over.

I would honestly give them zero stars. We have been told 3 to 4 weeks for them to get started for the last two months. We talk to the contractor and his boss and their stories never match up. We need a lot of work done due to tornado damage and they are the worst people to deal with.
