Hilton Omaha

Nick's Quadrum restaurant is very classy and almost like a speakeasy for restaurants. It is hidden across from the bar with great service. Smaller menu with à la cart. The prime rib is outstanding as they cut it right in front of you. Great place for a special occasion. You can park in the garage and they will validate your parking as well.

We only stayed one night, but it was nice. The checkin process was smooth and our room was clean. Late in the evening we did have drinks and snacks at the lobby bar which were good. The only complaint is the parking. $30 for self parking and only about have the spots are covered with a roof. We had snow and sub zero temps so my car was not happy.

While downtown a few of the rooms radiates a view of the ball stadium which is stupendous. The rooms, although older, are clean with delicately worn furnishings. As hotels age, this one seems to have weathered the time with grace in terms of service, maintenance and outside aesthetics.

The Hilton in Omaha is a nice hotel right across the street from the convention center so it makes it incredibly convenient to attend a convention which is exactly what I was doing here this week. Omaha is an impressive city of about 800,000 people, super clean, and I mean impressively clean.The bar in the center of the Lobby is called Bar Room + Kitchen, a welcoming place with a great selection of bourbons and a fairly good food menu.Today I tried the corn chowder (chowdah) and a BLT with fries. Being from New England, where corn chowder is a staple of our regional diet, I highly recommend this corn chowder as some of the best I've ever had. The BLT was equally good with fries on the side. The Hilton Omaha on 1001 Cass St is a solid choice for accommodations and while there visit Bar Room + Kitchen

Excellent location with a sky bridge connector to the conference center. Clise to baseball stadium and restaurants. AC kept the room cold on the hottest of days. My room was clean with daily towel service. The check in process was lengthy despite using the app to check in prior to arrival. Did not use any facilities do cannot evaluate them.

This place was booked solid my entire stay. CWS, LIzzo concert and a huge conference in the convention center. With all of this the cleaning lacked. I was there for 5 days and requested service or just towels numerous times and kept getting a response text that they would deliver but didn't. Someone else's hair was all over the bed sheets & pillows. It was strange how not kept the room was for the Hilton brandRoom service is $10 but grub hub is $1

My stay was pleasant, the room was spacious and clean. It felt very warm and inviting. Amenities were great, wish my stay was longer !!

Service is great. The rooms outdated. My shower didn't drain well but I love the location.

So far this is a 1 star experience related to the conference I'm attending here.Ridiculous long line to check into hotel. Even longer to find our boxes since we're exhibiting.

Worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. Make sure you bring a gallon of water, or at least an empty gallon, because they refuse to provide any water other than tap water (with no cups/glasses in the rooms...) for drinking water. Terrible customer service, the front desk staff seems to resent you for being there. I will never stay here again, there is a lovely Marriott a block or two away. Beyond the lack of water, there were stains all over our hotel room, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, shattered lights and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. This place should be shut down.
