Henry Motors

Our truck overheated on I29 in 90 degree weather. When we contacted Henry Motors Service, they said they would take a look at it that day, if we could have it towed to them, and give us an idea of what it needed and a rough estimate of cost. The tow took longer than expected, so they were closed when the truck got there. When we called the next morning, they already had it apart and had a good idea of what it needed. The parts were delivered the next day, and we got the truck and got on our way. They also loaned us (free) a car to drive around town for the couple days we were stranded there. Very decent folks, all of them we interacted with. They saved us when we needed a save.

Great experience getting repairs done on my daughters vehicle. From the first phone call with Mike, to the visit where Brandon and Glen assisted me everything was smooth taking care of my daughters car while visiting her at college. The updates on the status were timely and I felt that they had my best interest in mind. There was no pressure to buy any repairs and they simply informed me what the vehicle needed and the cost. I have worked in the auto service business the last 40 years and would be happy to hire any of the people I dealt with to work in our shop in Colorado.
