You need diamonds. Where do you go? You could go to that pretentious big ole store everyone always drools about..or you could go to Helzberg's at Oakview Mall.The girls at this Helzberg know their stuff. They love their job and you can tell. They are not sharky, they are not going to try to rip your wallet out of your pocket and they listen to your needs.At Helzberg you can get a necklace for your first girlfriend or a huge engagement ring for your soon to be fiance. And ladies, who says you cant buy yourself something nice. The girls at Helzberg will show you all the latest in fashion jewelry..or help you pick out those diamond studs you always wanted.Ask for Aubrey or Jenny..you wont have a better time shopping than with these two girls. Get your bling on!

The second debacle I had with Helzburgs started with my purchase of a $500 Citizen PCAT watch in November 2019. Very, very long story, it stopped working THREE TIMES. Three times I took it in to the Helzberg store at Oakview Mall. (This watch has a 5 year warranty!) Unfortunately, being a satellite type of watch (PCAT) it needs light nonstop, not just several hours of daylight) At one point, a store salesman took in the watch to keep for 2days. He called me back a week later, saying he'd had it in sunlight and it "is working fine". Guess my home light isn't good enough, in that once I picked it up, a day later, stopped working again. See a theme here? I know, $500 isn't a ton of money. My card limit is only $3000 and I'm not a huge money-maker for Helzberg. But I did expect to some day, somehow, have a nice working watch. The Oakview Mall store manager, Kristen, said I was threatening to start trouble and she had done all she could do. If trouble means getting fair treatment, yep, I'm trouble.Finally with it not working again, I've proceded up the chain of command to their phone based "customer care". NO HELP. After over 29 emails and phone calls, the phone rep said that the Omaha district manager declined to allow an in-person exchange for even a less expensive Citizen. I'm a pretty good guy, hold my temper, and try to be aware of what common sense tells me. BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. What the answer why malls are losing business....here is an example.I walked in to Helzberg looking for a jewelry item...the sales rep was sitting on a chair and did not get up....as I walked by she still did not acknowledge me but acknowledged her phone...so I asked a question and the reply was..." Well I don't know but you find it on line or I can order it for you....all this time she remained seated...being courteous I reluctantly said Thank You....and as I left she was seated and said..."Well if you don't find it..come back to see me.Now, do you really believe I or anyone would bother to come back to this store or any store with the Helzberg name.The buying public go to stores expecting service. ...obviously these stores like this are not instructed on this aspect and wonder why the store closes.

My wife ordered me a chain for valentine's day. They said it would be in well before valentine's day and they would call when it gets in. Well the day before valentine's day my wife called to see if it was in, because no call. When she did, they said it's been here and not sure why nobody called. So valentine's morning she went to pick it up and there was a big kink in it and the girl was trying to make here take it and the kink wouldn't come out. So she got a refund on her card, but didn't go back on til Tuesday morning. So no money for my valentine's day gift. They ruined my valentine's day.

I will never return to Helzbergs. My ring has been wrong not once, not twice but now 3 times! Most recently I have been without my ring since 11.11 and it was just returned to me 1.2. My ring was originally soldered together and made way to small, it was then 'fixed' by the same jeweler needless to say he slapped it together and the rings where not straight. This last time I took it to another location with an in-house jeweler(the Dimond in my ring is my grandmothers I will never allow it to be sent somewhere) the informed me that the gold in the tang was to thin and would have to be replaced and this would take time, I was fully aware that this repair would take longer than standard. When a month passed I had heard nothing about my ring so I called the store, the store manager explained that they had to order 18k white gold to fix my ring properly and it was not in yet, fine, BUT why was I not kept informed that this would take even longer than planned AND you are a National jewelry store. The manager and I agreed to an update call on 12.29, big surprise no call. I called on 1.1 and no one in the store knew anything. The store called my husband 1.2 and said the ring was ready. Upon pick up of the ring it is still not as straight as I believe it should be. I will never recommend Helzberg Diamonds to my worst enemy, I will tell anyone who asks to stay clear and I will never not tell them exactly the nightmare I have been through.If I could give zero stars I would.

Jessica was awful to work with. She was aggressive, rude, and condescending in the way she spoke to me. Her pushy questions about which companies I've shopped with were unprofessional. She said she had worked for the company for 6 years, so I would expect her to have a higher level of professionalism and customer relations than she offered. I went in to look for an engagement ring and when I noticed that the experience was rapidly changing from "special" to salty, I walked out. My business will be going elsewhere and I would never recommend this store to anyone.
