It's sort of out of the way and after living in Omaha for 16 years, this visit was the first time we had come across this place. We thought at first it was a restaurant, and since hubby and I both love BBQ, we got all sorts of excited. Alas, it is a retail store for BBQ grilling supplies. Not only grills and equipment, but also a plethora of spices, sauces, and rubs. Technically the store was closed when we arrived; the door was only open because the owner was doing some work there. He was friendly, but we disnt want to delay him while we browsed, so we didn't stay long. But we have every intention of coming back to shop at our leisure and pick some new yummies to put on our meats. We're looking forward to it!

I went in to buy Some gifts for Father's Day and the staff was very helpful. They only sell top- grade supplies. They also offer classes a few times a year, and I am looking forward to that.HUB is located just southwest is the 156 and Dodge exit behind the Tooth Doc.

This is great place for any and all levels of BBQ enthusiasts. They have a ton of grills, smokers, charcoal, wood, rubs, sauces and any other gadgets you may want. The owners are super nice and are willing to get just about anything you want (if they don't already carry it). When you stop in or visit their Facebook page be sure to inquire about their BBQ classes. Usually they will have an expert teaching how to make brisket or ribs or whatever. And when I say an expect, I'm talking grand champion, 600+ awards type expert. They are great and always seem to sell out.

Great staff and all of your charcoal & wood selections under one roof. I imagine this as THE place one could hang out all day and suddenly be an expert Que guru. Anyone with a smoker or thinking of adding one should make the stop (and if you use the Green Egg, this place is an essential stop from what I can tell).

Not only do they carry a good line of products, accessories, rubs, and sauces but their service is outstanding. I would give 6 stars if I could. I got water in my pellet smoker and the auger jammed and then I was an idiot and damaged the wiring going to the control board trying to fix it myself. The owner came on site after hours and did the repair the next day! I will go out of my way to buy even basics like sauces at this store after their service.

Always helpful staff, always have what you need for a successful BBQ, from rubs, to sauces, wood and supplies. Always free with great advice and tips. Couldn't recommend this place more!

This is the best store to get the best rubs and the best advice. We will always buy rubs from here as they are the best you will ever find. The staff knows their stuff and I am telling you, the best rubs on the planet.

I stopped into HUB today after seeing an advertisement on The Omaha Barbecue Website. The guy that was there offered assistance and shared his knowledge. After sharing my area of interest he pointed out pros and cons for both my choice and his recommendation. Thanks for the wealth of information, answers to my questions and the amount of timeand attention you offered me. Todd B.
