Heartland Wood Floors

Heartland wood floors is an awesome business. I had my kitchen floors redone about 10 years ago and they're still holding on! I am about to redo my kitchen floors and expand my wood flooring throughout my entire upstairs, and I wouldn't call anybody other than the Heartland and Wood floor team.When you make an appointment, you can be sure someone will show up exactly on time and verify ahead of time that they're coming. They will take their time going through alternatives and preparing an estimate. They may not be as low as some other businesses in town that use third-party installers as they do all the work entirely themselves, guaranteed quality. They have an awesome show room with excellent customer service. In addition to all of the flooring color options, they will custom blend finishes until you're satisfied with the exact color you're looking for. If you plan on doing any type of wood flooring project, I must encourage that you check in with them as they have been recognized as the best in Omaha for years, because of the great work that they do.

While in the process of selling my house I reached out to heartland floors to see what options I had. They provided me two options after coming out and seeing what I wanted to do. I stopped in and threw a curveball. I was eventually going to a later date in the year as thing in life are constantly changed. I wanted to move up the timing low and behold the day I go in there they had a rare opening. The flexibility, understanding the importance of customer service was amazing. To the entire team from the front desk to the final product was easy. I unfortunately did not take a picture of the before, but I can tell you it looks horrible here's a picture of the after it looks like a completely brand new floor simply amazing great job.

A great company to choose to refinish or build new hard wood floors is Heartland Wood Floors! Family owned and operated with the customers' best interests in mind. I definitely will recommend them to everyone I know!! Their showroom is spectacular! So much variety and expertise.

Dan gave us an accurate estimate and they stuck to it. The crew showed up promptly on time and was very competent and professional. Their equipment is so advanced that the dust from the floor sanding was a non-event. The horror stories I got from a couple friends about the dust and chemicals almost made me not re-do the floors. Fortunately my next door neighbors used Heartland a few months before us and were so completely satisfied in every way that we went ahead and used Heartland. We are very glad that we did. One lady in her review mentioned that the estimator didn't talk much. We had Dan, and he was very much directly to the point, no superfluous, exaggerated, blue sky claims. Very knowledgable and to the point, rather than a bunch of meaningless jabber

The older gentleman who helped us was the best. Great work ethic, classy and respectable, meticulous and thoughtful. Wish I knew his name so I can thank him directly again.

My wife and I visited Heartland Floors showroom and set up a time for them to come out and give us an estimate on doing our floors. The man came out and said he would have the estimate to me the following week. We never got an estimate. I phoned Heartland and the lady said she would talk to the estimator and get back to me. It now has been 4 weeks and no answer. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!Rich

Heartland Wood Floors was a great company to work with. From the first phone call we made to them, they were extremely helpful and was able to have someone come to our home that day to look at what we wanted to have done. We also went to their showroom and looked at stain colors more than once, and each time they were very helpful. We found all of the staff to be friendly and professional.Dave was the guy who did the work on our floors, and it wasn't an easy job. We had golden oak floors for 28 years, and to get the gold color out was not an easy task. But, Dave took the time to show us stain colors, did a very thorough job of sanding and even called a Manager out to look at the floor again before applying the stain to be sure the gold color would not bleed through (he knew getting rid of the golden oak floor was our primary goal). He took his time each day ensuring everything was perfect before moving on to the next step.We greatly appreciate his work and everyone at Heartland Wood Floors for their expertise and customer service. Was driving to work in the morning. Went to take a right onto 370 from 132nd, at the same time a heartland wood flooring van went to turn left onto 370. The van cut across into the right lane illegally. After I honked at the van for almost hitting me. The driver became aggressive, slowing down and speeding up in traffic. Leaning out the drivers window cussing at me, flipping me off, and waving me to the side of the road to fight me over a traffic dispute. Disgusting display of professionalism, When I called the company and spoke with a supervisor they didn't seem very concerned about it. I will never use this company for anything, ever!!

Do not use this company for hardwood floors. They will promise you everything. My wood floor (1000+sq ft) is buckled, cupped, and has major gapping. The floor to walk on is bumpy though out. They said they could resend and stain but I'd have to move out the furniture and they would not be responsible for any damages on trim ect. This wouldn't work since they already messed up the Cole stain the first and R.E. did it once. The first time my floor was green. The only way my floor can be fixed is by removing it and replacing. They also blamed it on water of course though when selling the floor to me they said it wouldn't be problem. I can show you pictures and if you are considering using their company please come and check out my wood floor. I wouldn't want people to have this same situation. .

Heartland Wood Floors lied when they claimed in response to my review that they corrected the crappie workmanship they initially performed. After telling us we should've gotten a wood floor and not willing to correct the problem we hired Timberland Wood Floors who corrected the problem. I highly recommend Timberland Wood Floors.
