Came in looking for a used rim. Helpful employee made a couple of calls and directed me to a local junk yard. Found the rim and brought it back to heartland where they quickly mounted and balanced the tire. Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you heartland.

Will never go to this establishment again. They did an oil change once and forgot to seal the pan and it was leaking profusely. Also told them I needed a part and put on a certain day they never ordered the part. I'm in business need my vehicle for business caused me a lot of grief because the van needed repaired, that was the final straw.

took car there for alignment . found out three months later the subframe was so rusted it failed making car unsafe to drive in anytime or place. The company did not say there was other damage that another mechanic was easily seen during the alignment procedure. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CAR OR TRUCK!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Heartland Tire for several years. In fact, for about 10 years. I bought my 16 yr old's tires for her old car and they helped me find lower costing tires for her 2002 Impala since the tires would probably last longer than the car. They also one time welded my cracked rim so i didnt have to buy a new one as a new one was very pricey.
