Well kept and clean. Club level seats have an indoor bar area with seating to watch the game (and A/C). Upper level and lower level seats all have great views. Bring a blanket for berm seating. They also have a few nice common areas with picnic tables. In the outfield on the 3rd base line, they have a children's area with games and inflatables (for an extra fee). In the outfield on the 1st base line, there is a big jungle gym that has a nice shade covering. Attached general concessions menu. There are also pop up stands with Colby ridge ice cream, funnel cakes, dip n dots and more. There's also a larger concession hut with BBQ. Other specialty (canned) beers at pop up stands as well.

I went to a Saltdogs game because a bunch of coworkers were going and encouraged me to go. I had never been to a baseball game before, so I went despite not being very interested in sports. Was I glad I went? Yes. Will I go again? Probably not. If I go to a Saltdogs game again, it won't be in during the summer when it's hot and humid. The positive points are: They had plenty of spots for parking, and parking was free. They had a decent variety of food. The staff did so much to make the game entertaining. The customer service was friendly. The lines moved quickly. I also appreciated that there were built-in cup/bottle holders on the back of the seats. The negative points are: Everything is so expensive. I paid $9 just for 1 funnel cake. However, the funnel cake was perfect. I also spent $13 on 1 bottle of pop & a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger reminded me of the cheeseburgers I was served at my high school cafeteria. I'm not saying it was bad, but it should have been better than that for the price I paid. My 2 biggest complaints were with the seating. First, the seats were too narrow. For better or worse, most people in the US are a bit on the big side me included. Second, there isn't enough room for walking. I went with a group, so I wanted to get up and talk to different people during the game. However, there is so little room to walk that it makes it very inconvenient for everyone when someone wants to get up and walk away from their seat. It's worse than movie theaters. I doubt I will be back, but keep in mind this review is written from the point of view of someone who doesn't give a rip about sports. I still stand by my negative points. Even if I was a fan of baseball and the Saltdogs, I would still be bothered by the fact that the stadium was designed with the idea of people wanting to get up and leave their seats in the middle of the game as an afterthought.

We visited this park for the first time on Saturday. Thanks to discounted tickets with VetTixix. It was cold, but that didn't stop us from going to the game. I'm glad we did! This park is really nice, but I was shocked at how easily it was to get parking. Everyone that worked in the stadium were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds looked amazing, and you could easily tell the stadium is very well-kept.

Parking was free for a baseball game against Michigan. I fully understand safety but portable chairs were not allowed in the park. Prices are on the higher side for concessions and alcohol is not served on University property so tailgate in the lots before coming in to watch a subpar performance by the Huskers.

If you love summer evenings out in the open air watching minor-league players with a lot of heart play ball out on the field, you will love Haymarket Park. The beer is cheap, as is the food, and the night is super fun. It is difficult/impossible to find a listing of the food available online...I have not found a good resource. They have the usual stadium fair, like hotdogs and hamburgers, bratwurst, fries, popcorn, pretzels, ice cream, frozen lemonade, and they even have funnel cake! (Third base side.) The parking lot is very close to the stadium, and you really couldn't have a bad spot. It is very quick to get in and out of the stadium and the parking lot itself. Friday nights they have fireworks, and you can check the team website for the giveaway nights. They have several cheap deals throughout the season where you can get a family four pack of tickets along with a free pizza or something similar for very cheap. The seats in the package are usually upper level, but you can cheaply upgrade to a field level seat. Overall, it is definitely worth checking out the Lincoln Saltdogs at Haymarket Park! You are not allowed to take in outside food or drinks, but you can take in an empty water bottle. There is a clear bag policy in effect.

One of the best "minor league" stadiums I've been to. Great food/beer selection and great weekly food specials (especially Tuesday's). Kid's get to run the bases every post-game! Luxury box served some of the best mac and cheese I've had in the entire nation! Berms down both lines and in OF, not a bad seat in the place and staff is second to none.

Great venue for a car show or any outdoor event. We of course we're here for the Good Guys Day at the Hay. Great first shake down run for a just finished 54 Chev PU. Lots of early Hot Rods and friendly people. Lots of positive responses for our PU at the show, at the Hotel and on the streets around Lincoln and on the Highway coming from and going to Kansas. Of course it was hot but it's summer and we were thrilled for a very few clouds and no hail.

Great park! Lots of fun, cheap seats and affordable eats. The tokens at the bottom of draft beers are always a nice perk too! There are a ton of shady spots to sit and the park staff try to make the experience fun for the family. We had a wonderful time and will add this to our list of frequent summer hangouts! Make sure you get to the food early in the game because most vendors close up shop pretty early on.

Baseball games are a lot of fun here! There is different events during different weeks such as fireworks or discounted food. Prices are reasonable especially with the ticket prices. You can get VIP seating for not a bad price as well! It is not the biggest park, but it still is a lot of fun to go to a game! Especially with Homer the mascot wandering around keeping people engaged.
