Great customer service. very honest and straight forward. Been there three times and they were always great. Just needed a minor adjustment on my hoof latch and they had it done with in minutes and didn't charge me for there help. AWESOME.I will go back for any repairs I need.

I have taken my car to Havers Auto for many years. I have never been disappointed. They're always professional, willing to provide information even before they fix your car. I trust them. I will continue to bring my vehicle there.

It's tough to know who to trust when it comes to vehicle repairs, but Haver's is the only place I take my cars to when they need some work done. These folks have always been honest and straightforward and their work is impeccable.

Do not hesitate to take your car here! This staff is knowledge and very friendly. I had to take my teenage daughters stupid PT Cruiser to Haver's after it broke down. I was reluctant to fix it because I do not believe in throwing good money after bad. Rob leveled with me and said that if it was his daughters car he wouldn't fix it as the timing belt was about to go out as well. They lost out on an immediate $1100 repair and then the $1800 one down the road. I could not imagine ever taking a car anywhere else to get repaired. My experience was AMAZING and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen about Haver's!

I've recently had a run of bad luck with my vehicle and have been treated pretty poorly by Woodhouse Ford. I'll spare you the details there. When I got into my car this morning my seat was all the way back and wouldn't move any direction but right. Being vertically challenged this was an issue for me. Long short, I have to leave town for a funeral today and Haver's is right up the street. Admittedly, I've never taken my vehicles here because they are always so busy. They got me right in, had it fixed in under 30 minutes and sent me on my way. Their customer service is top notch and not something I'm used to from my (9) recent experience(s) in the car service industry.Mille Grazie! My capacity for stress is maxed out today and your kindness made all the difference. I promise to pay it forward!

Had all brake pads and rotors replaced on sedan. Able to get in quickly. I had a bumper panel that had come out which I didn't mention or request putting back into place. They popped it back in place. Probably not a big thing, but they noticed and fixed it for me with no charge. Haver's washed my car as well.

I just moved to Omaha from Chicago and had no clue where to go when my senior car took a dive. I tried out Haver's in Omaha and had a great experience. They will bw my mechanics for as long as I stay in Omaha. Rob at Haver's was awesome! He was polite, knowledgeable, and kind. Haver's quoted me a fair price even if it was over $1400. Pros: They allowed me to fix just one problem and come back later to get the other issue fixed. They gave me a loaner car for 24 hrs and did not charge me for the use. They washed and waxed my car including the tires. Cons: They do not allow you to buy your own parts and then have them install them. I would highly reccommend Haver's!

Took my vehicle in to have a belt replaced. By the end of the next day I had an estimate for $1500 to change the alternator and replace a hose. They weren't even going to change the belt because "that's a lot of work to take all that stuff off". I called before the holiday weekend to pick up. No answer. Left a message. NO response. Tuesday after the holiday, almost 11am, still no response, tried calling several times, even all other locations. Same voicemail message-no response. I needed my vehicle back to get it fixed at my normal shop. Now it's costing me by not being able to work (work vehicle) and the time its taking to track someone down. Oh and the mechanic got a great laugh at my expense when I asked him to explain why it's $500 for a hose. His explanation was "Most diesel repair bills are over $3500, you're lucky to get out of here for $1500". Don't waste your time here. There are much less terrible places to spend your hard earned money.
