Trent was Amazing! We were passing through town and had an RV issue. It was a Saturday and NO ONE ELSE would take us until Monday and Hatcher squeezed us in. We are so thankful. Not only that, but they were all so kind and hospitable. Forever grateful for Hatcher Mobile Services.

The owner would like to believe that they did all they could but the sad fact is when they initially did work that cost $9,500 we were asked to take the truck and leave because they had already spent to much time on it!!! What about the money we spent on the repair, in a motel,and lost revenue!!!! And never once would you listen or address the initiinitial problem...just like now as I'm writing this you are typing negative comments while putting the blame on us...how sad and unprofessional you are. Never once would your "technicians" take out the transmission and check the main seal!!!! You have my number why have you not tried calling me since the original post. Bottom line don't go here!l

This place is fantastic!! Brought my RV in with a slow leak. I didn't have an appointment and was supposed to be on the way to Phoenix. The lady at the service desk was friendly helpful and said they would get me in as soon as possible. Billy was my tech and very friendly. He listened intently to what was wrong and let me know I had been misinformed about the caps I had previously bought. Turned out I had a bad valve stem. They didn't have in stock but got it ASAP. I was out of there in under three hours and for a very reasonable cost. As a woman I am always worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Hatchers put my worries at bay, they were fair, honest and fast. They are now my go to shop in Omaha.

Had some issues with my vehicle while traveling through Omaha on a Saturday. These guys were courteous and helpful. They found and fixed my problem quickly and I got back on the road.

Not a trustworthy shop. Do not take your vehicle here by any means necessary. Completely screwed me over. I had work done, then went to pick up my truck, now my truck is knocking, nothing was noted during inspection, not after inspection. I was only left to notice once picked up. Try T&R of Gilmore ave next time. I was later quoted 1500$ to fix one injector.

Our automatic step on our motor home made a bang and quite working when you opened and closed the door which made it difficult to get in and out of the coach. I called Hatcher Mobile Services the afternoon before arriving in Omaha. Gary said come on in tomorrow when you get to town and we will see if we can help you. Well, what a nice man. He moved several vehicles so we could get parked, as we were towing. What a great customer service place. They looked at us immediately, fixed us and we were on our way. Get experience!! The staff at Hatcher is knowledgeable and fair. They correctly diagnosed the issues with my GMC pickup. They informed me of other problems that needed attention. great people to work with. I've referred other customers to them and will continue to do so.

We were so blessed to have found this place! Our RV broke down (we are from Wichita, KS) on a Saturday and they got us in and had us back on the road in 45 minutes. Had they not been there, we would have been stranded on the highway, as our drive shaft U-joint had gone out. They were so nice and treated us more than fair.
