The store offers more in the line of work boots and work related shoes. Not much in the area of dress shoes but there are some limited selections. Always a clearance rack that is fun to look through for something different!Street parking is limited but additional parking is located at the back. What awesome expertise and customer service from Doug Sorenson! His attention to detail and level of knowledge shows he has been doing this for decades. He asked great questions to help determine what I'd be using the boots for, what kind of look I wanted, and the price I was comfortable with. The result was being able to narrow down their huge selection to just the right pair for me. Then he gave me a custom fitting to not only make sure I wasn't walking around with the wrong size, but also that I have the arch and edge support for my feet. He cut custom pads for the insoles for my specific feet and affixed them right there! I am so impressed and although these shoes feel like they'll last a LONG time, you can bet I'll be back to Haney Shoes when it's time to replace them!

As long as I live in Omaha, I will go to Haney's for my work boots. Every time I have gone in, they have been nothing but helpful in my picking the boots that are right for me. 100% recommend!

I was told last night i could not be in the store without a mask even though I have a disability. I was asked to prove I had a disability, HIPPA law violation. When I mentioned the Americans with Disabilities Act, I was told that as an American with a disability I could stand outside. I was also told that if I have a disability I should not leave my house. The Mask mandate clearly states that if you have a disability you are not required to wear a mask.

This place was highly recommended , so I decided to go down there and see for myself. What a great customer service Experience. Very knowledgeable staff made me feel like I was a family member.

Haney's has a great selection of shoes! One of their employees Andrew was especially helpful with finding shoes that worked for me, and I love how they put on the shoes for you! They definitely have a lot of knowledge on each shoe. I left with a pair of sandals feeling very satisfied with the customer service! Would highly recommended!

Disappointing customer service .......they act like they have enough business and don't need yours. Like the store but feel like a burden!

Haney the type of shoe store that prides itself on great customer service. Or so I've heard. Head here if you want a new pair or Ecco, Merrell, Keen or other non-Nike, New Balance, etc. brand of high end shoes. Sad thing for me is that the only pair of shoes I had my eyes on cost over $300. Not quite in my budget for a pair of chukka boots. At least I know I have good taste.So on this particular visit, I left Haney empty handed (footed?). It was probably cut a little short thanks to none of the staff at Haney actually acknowledging my presence, even though I had been browsing in the mens section for a good 10 minutes. Ah well. I guess I never should have strayed from Zappos in the first place.

I've been a customer here for over 10 years. Always exceptional service . Check out the build-ups offered in their shoe liners . They will save your feet.

I have always loved going to Haney for shoes. Even during COVID the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Today, however, the woman who retrieved shoes for us (already paid for) stood back and handed my mother's shoes to me. She gave no explanation about why she didn't help to see if the shoes did actually fit. When I commented that I thought she would help, she said "I'm following CDC guidelines because I'm not vaccinated." She does not understand the guidelines. Since she chose not to be vaccinated, why would she choose to work in such a business? The pandemic isn't over for those who don't get vaccinated, therefore, if she was following any guidelines she should have been wearing a mask (we were all wearing masks). Other people working there seemed to have no problem assisting customers. Just this one woman stood back expecting me to figure out why the shoes weren't quite right.
