Hampton Inn by Hilton Hastings

Quick stay over at this brand new Hampton Inn. It was beautiful. Staff was super nice. Definitely will be back if in the area! Nice little gym. Indoor pool. Super clean hotel.

Friendly, accommodating staff. CleanLobby and rooms. Responsible mask and COVID protocols. Pretty good hot breakfast. Definitely recommend.

First, I like to say it was beautiful and very clean. The staff who checked me in didn't seem to know what she was doing, I booked and paid my room online in full, I was asked for my card (which I assumed was for incidentals) WRONG I was charged the full amount for the room when I checked out. When trying to clear up the issue I was told I didn't pay which I had the confirmation and my banking to show I was paid, I was charged double and then was told I would get it back and NEVER got my money back. I will never stay with them again, which is disappointing when the building/room was very nice.

The Hotel is new and beautiful but the beds are firm I expected at least a pillow top for a Hilton Hotel
