My first time visiting this wash was last weekend, my car was trashed on the inside from snow, salt, gravel...all the fun winter things. Got to the wash, pull in to the 3 lines available to drive in. I was a little confused on the order of how it works since there wasn't any signage stating if there was a membership or one time purchase line. The line was pretty long when I showed up but I waited no longer than 5 minutes before getting into the wash. There is a self pay kiosk once you get to the front of the line but someone was there to help so I didn't have to use it. I purchased the wash and the interior cleaning. Let me tell you my car was wrecked and the people working on the inside of your are also working quickly to keep things moving. My car looked amazing! The mats were washed, seats wiped down, dash wiped down, floor vacuumed, windows cleaned. Now this isn't a full detail, these guys are working quickly, and so there were of course a few places like in between the front seats and center console where it didn't get vacuumed which is absolutely fine because the rest of the car looked like I had driven it off the lot again! Plus the outside of my car looked amazing as well. Definitely worth the money spent.

Okay, I needed my car to be cleaned of bugs and dirt after the long drive in from the great state of Texas. Saw this while on Hwy 370 and decided to give it a try. First off this is a huge carwash and super nice to boot. I have never been to a carwash that has glass exterior walls, nice touch. Super friendly ladies helping you to decide which wash and guide you into the wash. I also liked the fact that your wheels are on a conveyer belt or flat escalator type of thingie to move you forward instead of the traditional rails you have to drive your wheels in-between (I'm always thinking I'm going to f'up my car on those. If I lived here I'd definitely get the membership. Oh yes, forgot to say my car was squeaky clean and actually dry after.

I purchased a Christmas deal for 19.99 in Nov. Charged me full price without notice my month was up. An now I paid for a full detail. Inside the building it says buy 2 months get 1 free. They refuse to honor that deal. They are brand new and can't seem to get managers and employees on the same page. Also since their dryers don't dry your car very well I asked for a towel. They is also not offered. Be prepared to be charged repeatedly although I requested to be notified when my month was up. They confirmed they would but surprise surprise I was charged for another month anyway. I took pictures of their work. Absolutely Terrible and I cannot post them. Convenient for them. And my duty gun secured in a rug was sitting in my front seat. It was under my seat because im an officer. Save your time and money. n

Went after a recommendation, fool me once. Mentioned to manager windows and film from toxins in dash, she assured me that it would be great, if not bring it back. Back window never touched, called before bringing by again. Manager said we can't just do windows so will have to charge you $20 for wash....just another business that does not stand behind their product. Plenty of places that do better for less.

Took my 2020 truck over yesterday. I got the big package for outside and interior cleaning. the outside wash does a great job.the interior cleaning was so-so. the door panels were not cleaned and upper dash was missed. I would do better

Went to the new H+H Shine Shop the other day. It's an automatic car wash tunnel with an option to also get the inside of your car cleaned out. So a super fast service. However, I'm wildly disappointed in the how little it did. Our truck was rough because we had just gone on a road trip with all of us and all the dogs inside it. So there was food crumbs, dog hair, and even spilled drinks. It needed something. So I bought the top packages for both inside and out. I was rushed through....MAYBE 10 minutes for both in and out. Only the LITE interior option advertises 10 minutes or less, so I would have expected more time spent when I paid for the higher tier and more services. As I was driving home, I started noticing that the only things that looked cleaner were the floor mats. When I messaged them to show pictures and explain my frustrations that I didn't even get the services advertised, the response from management was essentially 'we stand by our work and we aren't a detail shop.' So now I'm here just to help my friends to not waste your money there when free vacuums can do more than their paid services. *The pictures posted are after I got home and started looking around. I didn't get a chance to look at the shop because there was a car on the belt right behind me, so I was rushed to just get the kids in and go.Now, I'm giving two stars just because the staff I dealt with in the shop was friendly and the waiting lounge was clean and spacious. But their services were not reflected in those positives.

The car wash does a good job. The inside detail service could use a lot of improvement. They miss very obvious items.
