Run away from H&H RoofingThe roofing job was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, their crew stole some personal items. I contacted Billy and let him know. He was NOT willing to reimburse us for the theft. I had photos showing before and after, he did not care.My attic was wrecked from the dust and debris from the reroofing, but H&H did not clean the mess.H&H also didn't work well with my mortgage company, submitting incomplete forms which delayed their reimbursement. Because of that H&H charged me interest on payment from the mortgage company.

The owner called me a bitch the first day when I asked him to put the dumpster on a certain side of my driveway. They left roofing nails all over my front yard. 3 people have stepped on them. I've paid for 2 tetanus shots for visitors. They left leftover materials in my driveway for days. Go with someone that speaks English.

Back in May 2023, I had to have my roof replaced. I worked with Hunter @ H&H to replace it. They did a great job, and with courteous service.This year unfortunately, thanks to the late July 2024 storms, I had to replace it again !!! I immediately contacted H&H again to work with Hunter and have it replaced. Living in a multiplex dwelling, he worked with all tenants and their insurance companies to iron out the details. H&H did a great job replacing our roof. Their installers were super friendly. I like that they are based right here in Elkhorn.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable. The Company was fair and honest. The crew was considerate, efficient, and focused. They cleaned up nightly and we're responsive when asked to clean up just one more time. Great customer service.
