I want to be clear in my review. I don't own a Kia & am not a customer.I did run out of gas on I80, while on a business trip. I coasted into their service station, during most of their lunch breaks.4 people jumped up to find their gas can, and even offered me a ride to the gas station up the hill. If they offer a non-paying customer all this service, time & attention, they'd definitely have my business, if I was local.I've already shared my story with all the local people I know. It's hard to find customer service like that these days.

I walked in and bought a Seltos, paid cash. The car I purchased was brand new with 11 miles on it. I signed the paperwork, and since my bank is on the west coast I had a bank check sent overnight for the full agreed upon price. The car had to stay there until paid in full, which I fully understood.Since overnight was over a weekend they got my check on Monday.I called Monday to verify they got the check , and I was told they had received it, but needed a few days to get the paperwork together. I am not sure why, but that is what I was told.I was finally able to pick up the car on Friday. I went in to get it and a sales person handed me the keys and directed me to my new car.All look good, except the car now had 130 miles on it.I went back in to ask why, after all I had to sign that the odometer was correct at 11 miles. So why the extra 119 miles on the car? No one would help me and I was running out of time for a meeting across town. I sent a text to my salesman and he said he would check on it . After a week went by I text him again and he said he would check on it again.I am still waiting to find out.Communication at this place is horrible.I'm not buying from any H&H dealership again

We were promised a price by a "sales concierge " then, after driving 60miles, found out the price increased by $1300+. Very disappointing We drove to another dealer and saved $3000.

Truly one of the worst car dealerships I have ever dealt with in all of my life. Their pricing structure is an absolute rip off. Recommend you go elsewhere, perhaps Council Bluffs. If this was the only option to purchase a Kia, guess I wouldn't be getting a Kia.

Upon arriving to drop my car off, all customers were in a line to speak to their designated service employee. The service employee at the far end of the desk stood up after his customer was finished and announced to all the customers and employees in the room "Alright, I'm gonna take a f*cking mental break." My service employee Alex had misinformed me a number of times regarding the service process and service timeline. I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day and in reality after being unable to reach Alex for nearly a week my car was not close to being done. Alex told me to pay for the service when in fact, progressive had already sent Kia Motors a check for the service. When I retrieved my car, the car was left with dirt on the driver side upper cabin fabric from a service employee brushing against it. The broken glass from the window that was shattered was still left as is inside the car and when I asked if the service employee could vacuum it, he said he wasn't sure if he could vacuum it for me. The service members did not remove any of the broken glass from inside the car door, and is still rattling around while I drive. Finally, the service employee opened the trunk from the lever inside my car when he retrieved it for me, and now the level no longer works. So not only was my car not appropriately managed during service, there was further damaged done to the car by service employees. Lastly, Kia never put the "anti-theft" stickers on my car until I noticed and requested them.

I had a GREAT experience at H&H Kia Service Center. My advisor, Colton, was really kind and helpful. There was an extended warranty put on my Kia in 2021 due to an issue with the doors where they don't open from the inside or outside. The service center took care of it and even got me a curtesy car. Only took 24 hours and my doors are working perfectly again! Thank you Colton & service team!

I was sold a vehicle and was told that I would get 3 free oil changes and today when I showed up to get an oil change I was told that I did not have any free oil changes. I also purchased the coating to help protect the pain and since the vehicle was a few years old I was told that all the blemishes would be buffed out and it would sparkling like new, when it was done after taking multiple days longer than I was initially told the blemishes were still there when I took it back to speak with the manager he said those blemishes couldn't be buffed out. Lastly I agreed to purchase and extended warranty and we came to a total for the price and when it was put on my financing it was multiple times higher than agreed upon. Not a good experience at all. I will never go back and I have nothing nice to say. They are a bunch of liars and cheats

My husband Bob H took his Kia in for pre paid oil change last Friday. Forgot sticker when done per usual. He told the tech to check passenger rear tire as he had to add some air over the past week. He drives to Lincoln & back for work & temps have been cold. Was told he needs that tire replaced, They could not fix it because the hole was in the side wall of the tire. How did he drive back & forth for so long & during that time the tire pressure would go up at bit when driven. You already made money on him when he also got a fuel injection service. On Google it says side wall repairs are possible but I think the tire just needed air. We want a call from Don Korner. We don't want to come back so please change our minds.

Service center is a total scam. Had my car brought in to get repairs after a break in and they gave me a cost estimate that included unnecessary parts and totaled up to almost half the value of the car itself. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and they charged me over $200 anyway just for the diagnostic. I understand these places have to make money, but they are charging close to double the market value for repair parts plus a fortune for labor ($94 just to vacuum up some glass??). If you have any other options stay away from this place. I am getting my car fixed somewhere else.
