Love love love the Groom Room! First off, the staff are always so welcoming upon arrival. The service is phenomenal. Lily and Jack are always so so clean and fluffy after their grooming sessions, and more important than that, they come home happy. (They have been to groomers in the past that did not excite them). And they always take the time to place bows on Lily and a kerchief on Jack. And, I believe several other people mentioned this, the price is outstanding. Lily and Jack will be clients for a long time!

Update: I'm going to lower the rating because they knicked my dogs skin and didn't bother to tell me. I only found out because my pup came home and kept licking the bloody gouge that was left. Had to put a cone on her and apply ointment :(

They do an amazing job on pups to senior dogs. The staff is always friendly and willing to give you advice for the first time dog owner like myself. My dog went in for a simple wash and nail trim and came out smelling so fantastic. I couldn't stop sniffing her. They even added little bows in her hair. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They are very decently priced as well. Good job groom room!

Let me start by saying I'm not one to write reviews at all, let alone a bad one. This was truly one of the worst and strangest customer experiences I've had, handled in the most unprofessional manner. I would urge you to read this before considering giving these people your business. I called to ask if they'd be able to get my puppy in for a nail trimming, they let me know that service is offered upon walk in, so I brought him in. When I arrived, I told one of the women working there that I'd called for a nail trim, and without asking a single question other than my dog's name, or sharing any information at all about the process, pricing, questions/concerns, etc. she pulled him out of my arms and carried him to the back. I stood in the doorway to watch, as I hadn't been instructed to do anything otherwise. I was already starting to feel uneasy as the place smelled gross and didn't look clean. I then realized she was fully distracted as she started trimming his nails, and was yelling at a dog that was wandering the floor. My puppy looked super uncomfortable (he is otherwise a very calm pup). I asked her if I should come back there to comfort him, she said no and "this is all normal". My puppy jumped nervously when she trimmed the next nail - she said "ooooh buddy, did I getcha?" and checked his paw to confirm she'd trimmed it too short and he was bleeding. She applied a sterile powder and then dropped the container and yelled "there goes 30 bucks!!". At that point I said I was uncomfortable with her continuing, which two other groomers heard as they were standing in the doorway next to me, but again, she said "this is all normal" (which shouldn't matter if a customer says they're uncomfortable) and continued anyway. She kept saying "did I getcha?" which made me think maybe she'd cut him again, but the powder was all spilled at this point so I'm not really sure how she would have treated it if she had. Once she finished she brought my puppy back to me and I was visibly upset. I told her he'd never been cut by any other groomer before, and that I was uncomfortable with how this whole interaction had gone as it was very unprofessional. She said "there isn't a dotted line we do the best we can". Fine, but should have been handled better. I told her she didn't allow any time for questions/concerns before taking him, didn't share pricing, etc. as mentioned above. Her response was condescending, saying "well I thought we had a great time!". I shared that as a customer, it doesn't really matter if YOU think you had a great time, I had a really poor experience. I asked if they clean the nail trimming equipment they use between dogs - as a relatively new dog parent I was worried about him being susceptible to an infection since she cut him - to which she replied "no we do not". At that point, I was ready to get out of there and asked how much the services would be - still happy to pay even after such a poor experience. As she walked away, she replied "you know what, don't worry about it - since that's what you came in here looking for anyway" - insinuating that I went in there intending not to pay, and adding insult to injury. Incredibly rude - just an awful experience all around.

Groomer Bree cut my dog in 2 places and didn't tell us at pick up. Next day had to call and ask what happened and they immediately went on defense mode and still weren't honest. I had to take him to the vet and he's now on 2 medications. I spoke directly with owner who never apologized once and truly did not care at all about my dogs wellbeing or what happened. They paid for the vet bill so nonchalantly it makes me wonder how often this happens. Please please, stay far from this place if you love your pets.

Love this place and so do our dogs! Megan is our groomer and does such a fantastic job with them. Even though Megan is who our connection is with, I believe any of the groomers there would do a great job. Have been going back repeatedly for over a year now.

The first time I went here I was happy with how they groomed my two dogs (I always give specific instructions) although I thought it was kind of expensive--$70 for a small dog. I went back because I was happy with the cut but the 2nd and 3rd times they completely ignored what I asked. They have a tendency to shave dogs even when asked specifically not to and then charge $60-$90 for the shave rather than doing a long groom like I asked for. They will say it is due to matting but I had specifically worked to remove all the mats prior to taking my dogs in so I do not believe it was necessary to shave them. Same thing happened to my daughter, she used to be happy here and actually recommended the place but recently they have started just shaving her dog too. Neither of us will be back. If you want a bathed and shaved dog, you will be fine here but otherwise I would look elsewhere.
