Greg's Fireplace Service

The gas fireplace was starting to turn off and not respond to the switch being on or would shut off after several minutes of being turned on. An appointment was made for servicing and a service tech came out within a few weeks of a phone call. The wait time for the hour window was pretty minimal. It took about 40 minutes to trouble shoot, replace a switch, vacuum out the baseboards, and re-test the start up and height of the flames. The fireplace looks much better than in years past. The amount to time spent, the professionalism, and the quality of work was very good. I would highly recommend this business to those needing repairs or servicing.

Installed a 2 sided fireplace insert last year. Construction next door cut gas & electrical lines. So had to have Greg's fireplace come out to relight the flame, reprogram the remote control & height of the flame.

Technician was friendly and communicative. Knowledgeable and answered all our question as this is our first gas fireplace experience.However, his portable vac spewed fireplace dust through the air and all over my large living room. Cannot nap on my nice big sofa without allergies killing me now. Layer of fireplace dirt floating on my coffee cup sitting on the opposite side of the room. He had a mask on and unaware of the gunk shooting out of the back of his vacuum. I don't know what to do with this mess .

Excellent service!They were able to schedule my fireplace service right away and showed up a couple of days later. Everybody else I called said I'd have to wait at least a month! The service tech was friendly and professional. He cleaned and tuned up my fireplace in a prompt manner. The price was reasonable. What's not to like?These guys have my business in the future.

Just bought a home with a gas/wood burning fireplace. They came out and cleaned it up and checked everything out for us. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a gas fireplace installed 15 years ago and it was unreliable from day one. The company that installed it was terrible to work with and often said "I don't know what's wrong with it"... It has been disheartening and we are leery to say the least. We got on the schedule at Greg's fireplace and our maintenance tech was phenomenal. Alex was confident, positive and most importantly this fireplace works like it was supposed to 15 years ago! We could not be happier! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE COLD! Call Greg's!

Had these guys out to start up our gas fireplace after it had been idle for 5 years. Got everything running and said if we had any issues to give them a call. After about a month fireplace would shut off after about 5 minutes. Called these guys back out and they found the a switch to be bad. They replaced it and only charged for the part. That's great service in my mind. Friendly knowledge folks here. 5 Star review from me. Highly recommend. Honest people.

Greg installed our ventless gas log and has serviced it and he and his team do amazing work. Can't recommend them highly enough!
