I will not return to this shop. I recently dropped off my wheels for service in Papillion, swapping my winter tires to new summer tubeless tires. I had dropped off my wheels with a brand new set of tubeless winter tires (under 30 miles) and when I picked them up they had thrown them away. They were surprised that I wanted them & I was told I should have notified them I wanted to keep them. I worked in many bike shops, and we've always kept customer's parts that were to be replaced, especially if they were in good shape & of good quality. I'm very disappointed and it cost me about $100-150 in damages as I will need to buy new winter tires next season.

Outstanding customer service. Not just friendly, competent and excellent, but genuinely outstanding. The kind of service that you just don't find anymore. I came in with some bike repairs and they genuinely listened and worked diligently to solve my problems. I will only go to these guys in the future as the quality and service is second to none.

Staff comes off rude, ebike was not funcioning properly after repair. Not sure why you would not want to turn the bike on to make sure it properly functions before you return it to the customer. Wont' be returning and won't be recommending.

The worst experiences of my life. They lie and bait and switch out work ... they don't do anything and lie they did ... my bikes were never cleaned, they ruined the bar tape on my Bianchi ... told me my bike was old and the fears were not good and tried to sell me a $5000 bike. I was ignored when waiting multiple times and then when I picked up my bikes the woman was extremely rude and threw my bikes out the shop. No one would even help me open the door. The owner called me on a Friday night and was RUDE demeaning to me ... kept complaining i was ruining his Friday night but he called me. My brother drive three hours to help me and the owner laughed about how stupid he thought this was .... I have a hernia and needed help and my brother was being kind. In the end they only filled my tired with air and nothing else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AS THEY DO SHODDY WORK AND KIE ABOIT IT. THEN TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT.

I bought an EBike on line that needed some adjustments (the distributor agreed to pay for them) and the folks at Greenstreet took care of the problems. Great service and people at Greenstreet. I'm guessing I will want to upgrade if I end up enjoying the EBike and I will definitely go back to this shop! Probably should have just bought a good one to start with. One of the techs put it well: "That way you only cry once!"Thanks.

My bike is in worse shape now than before I brought it to Greenstreet Cycles. I paid over $200 for basic maintenance (oil, tighten gears, new brakes, etc.) and now the chain continually slips and is barely ridable. When I brought it back in, I was rudely told by the manager that there's nothing they can do to fix it because parts for it are no longer available and that I should get a new bike. I wish Greenstreet had said that when they were first assessing the bike before I paid a lot of $$$ to have it fixed. Plus, my bike was not ready when they initially called for me to pick it up. Find another bike shop that will work with you and not take your money for nothing.

I would give them zero if I could.... they were awful and damaged my bike and will not take responsibility for it. Their staff leave something to be desired. The owner made fun of my son coming down (3 hour drive) to help my daughter. It is none of his business nor one to judge or put down. He called my daughter on a Friday night and was so rude to her...Todd had told her no work would be done until the owner called, the owner was never aware of this ..... Jennifer would never reply to emails but Todd said again until Jennifer and the owner would contact her, no work would be done. They were doing a bait and switch on the tune ups so there would be an added cost of $160 on top of what she paid for the tune ups. Once my daughter called Todd out on it, he lied to cover his tracks.... of course so did Jennifer. I would STAY AWAY..... unless you know about bikes and the work you need done, they will take you for a ride with your money. When the owner called he constantly complained it was a Friday night and she was taking up his family time. But my daughter offered many times that he could call at a better time. She never asked Ben, the owner, to call on a Friday night. Somehow Jennifer claimed that she did..... they scare me. Ben kept saying he had to set boundaries and yet wouldn't let my daughter speak one word. It was a confusing mess. My son had to call.... of course Jennifer would speak nice to my son but yet ignored my daughter and quietly treated her rudely. Todd can't fix a bike to any set standards. My daughter brought in a bike that he said the components were junk and tried to sell her a '$4000 bike.... then lies about it. The bike she had wanted and asked to be put on hold until she got in with a deposit, they just sold out from under her. The damage will cost my daughter now well over $100 and her bikes had two things done... a valve replaced and air put in her tires. They are dirty and they were to clean them. They frighten me. Never been treated so rudely when I walked in a shop before. STAY AWAY! You get what you pay for and they love to do nothing but make your life a living mess. I even cried at how awful they were to both of us. My daughter has a hernia right now.... They wouldn't even open the shop door to help her get her bikes out of the shop or help her put them up on her bike rack. I had to go ask for help. It took an 80 year old lady to go into the shop and ask one of the other employees to help. Just the worst ever experience. The worst ever! The pictures..... does this look like a frame wipe down that is acceptable.
