Greek Creations

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take the time to write one for Greek Creations and their very helpful associate, Mary. I called this morning with an issue, (not fault of Greek Creations at all), and Mary helped me quickly, efficiently, and was very friendly. This morning I thought there was a crisis, but this afternoon, Mary has taken care of the issue, and I am so happy that I called. Keep up the great customer service!

Best customer service ever! When I called about an order I had placed with rush delivery, the man that helped me was incredibly nice, thoughtful, and made sure that my item would be delivered promptly. Definitely made my day!

I was absolutely impressed with the friendly do anything customer service from the guy on the phone. Then after I received the can coolers that I had ordered we noticed a small error that the manufacturer made. It was nothing that I would have noticed, but Wade the owner noticed and had them all reprinted by the manufacturer. I was happy with the product and prices, but extremely impressed by the customer service and friendly attitude.

This company has great hiring practices. Not many companies hire the mentally handicapped. I'm glad at least one company does. However though, the quality of service is trash. I made a $100 order on 12/8 of Christmas presents. I few days later I received one of the four items I purchased. I called about the rest, they forgot to send them, I received two of the items later for a full inventory of 3 of 4 items ordered. On 12/15 I call about the last item. Wade, owner assured me he'll send it out himself and it will be in my possession by the Dec. 17. It is now passed that date and most likely not get here in time. Never ordering from here again. I will make sure this company is removed from accepted vendors of Greek Life at my university.

Reading some of the previous reviews I can't help but wonder. I recently placed my second order with Greek Creations. The first being around Christmas of 2014. My order was suppose to be a gift for someone, and it didn't arrive by Christmas, which was't any big deal because I just assumed that its the holidays and I maybe should have ordered a little sooner. So I decided to just hold on to the item as a birthday gift which was 8 weeks from Christmas and just go to a local mall and pick something up to have by Christmas. My order ended up coming days after Christmas and i was happy. So its now mid January and I decide I want to order another item to go along with the first I bought previously, and I get the same wait time when clearly on the site when I placed my order I read that standard shipping time was 5-7 days which is actually more like 2 weeks. Maybe I am just used to a certain service level, but this is ridiculous how even a person like me that very meticulous in ordering to ensure that something arrives on time is very unsatisfied with this company. I will not order from them again for this reason. I didn't read anywhere where the items had to be made or anything, because previously some of the items had sold out, which then told me in order to be sold out they must have them on site to know that they are sold out. So once again I am pretty much sure that item won't be here in time and this was me giving them a second shot. This review is only written to state my experience and no one else's, but I read other reviews and saw where they were highlighted about person being friendly and etc, but that doesn't compensate for the service I originally sought after to begin with, and that was to shop for a item.
