I was interested in learning more about Great Vibrations and requested a meeting. I was getting pushy text messages from sales (normal/fine), however I lost my job and am no longer in a position to afford a program. I replied to a text "stop" (thinking they were automated anyway), and I got a text back stating "don't reach out to us then" or something to that degree. What kind of service does that? Just stop with the texts, no need to be an a-hole to a stranger you no nothing about. Definitely dodged a bullet- that text showed me all I need to know.

Bad vibrations - I used this gym from May 2018 until January 2019. I quit after I felt cheated by Aaron McKim over the Yoga Classes.I paid for 12 months unlimited gym (until May 2019) but I don't want to have bad vibes from this place anymore so I quit and now go exercise at Prairie Life Fitness and Genesis Club. I simply don't want anything to do with this business anymore.-- updated post --Within one hour of this post, Aaron McKim, the President of Great vibrations sent me a bill via email for $150, saying the charge is for 6 late/no shows at $25 per incident. I always on time and early, Yoga instructor cancelled my class while I am on my way to the class, because I was the only one signed up! How low is this?Do you want to do business with this company????-- second updated post --When I reply to the billing, I added Ann Rollag, his business partner (I used to take her early morning classes) and I asked for the dates. Aaron McKim replied my email with this nasty attitude, very unprofessional:"You will need to contact billing not me not Ann. Please refrain from wasting mine or my staffs time with billing issues or there will be additional charges!"He will charge me because I email him for the late/no shows dates? Do you want to waste your time and energy with this business????

When I called in to schedule an appointment to come in, the person who answered the phone was very disrespectful (maybe it was by accident) but I was hung up on and I called in again and the phone was answered and ended quickly, without ever calling me back. I was interested and may still if it change and I can schedule respectfully...

This review is exclusively for the 05:30 am class. The trainer , Kerry, is absolutely amazing. She combines her awesome whole body workouts with the understanding of the need of personalized exercises. Her background in physical therapy allows for each member of the class to get the whole body, variable and fun training without causing any injuries. It's a great way to start the day. If she has a 05:30 am class every day , I'd probably be there every day. Seems like the gym is losing some equipment but Kerry is making it work until the equipment is back or we have new platforms to use. Highly recommended.

I agree bad vibrations.....like bad santa the movie. Very unprofessional, the trainer came in multiple times with Burger King and attitude was horrible. The facility is tight when you have a full class and more than once there was not a fan provided. Burger King and body order is not breathable environment. I tried to cancel after 16 weeks in writing and certified mail and they continued to try and bill me and sent me to collections. So beware and lessoned learned. I will continue to write a review anywhere I can so people know.

I signed up for the 16 week challenge back in April. I did the 16 weeks and because I had one unexcused absence in 16weeks (3 times a week minimum) the billing company NAC denied my request to end membership. Should have been easy according to gym rep who signed me up. I finally got out of it by getting my doctor to sign a disability form. In the meantime they got me for 2 more payments of $69 and will not return $$. As far as I'm concerned gym is equally responsible with their billing company! Good exercise, Horrible experience
