What?! No one has reviewed Great Plains yet? I can't believe it!There is not one thing that I dislike about this shop. First, their customer service is top notch. GPC doesn't just treat their customers like family, they treat their customers like the family members they actually like. I dig the staff: they have are serious about their work but not so serious that they don't know how to have a good time while doing it. I've purchased gear, bought shiny bits for bikes and had service done on at least three of my bikes at this shop. Each time, I was listened to, treated with respect and the service was completed as promised.I highly recommend GPC for bike service and for retail purchases.

As a new bike owner, I have been to all the shops in town. What I have found is that these people are the best there is and they are exactly what you would want out of a business. I keep coming back to them, again and again. Friendly, knowledgeable, not concerned about a buck but more about your satisfaction and happiness. Their prices are the best in town, their service is second to none, and the friendliness of the staff cannot be beat ANYWHERE. I don't have the greatest bike but they treat me as if my bike is the most amazing one around. The selection of gear and service opportunities is phenomenal. In short, whenever possible, I will give them all of my business. This is how business should be done.

Great Plains is a quirky, fun place to drop by, no matter what type of bike you ride. They are really the only place that caters to British and older Italian bikes. I've been a customer for over 25 years. It's my go-to place for tires, batteries, jackets, helmets, and that odd little thing nobody else carries. Always something interesting to see out there, and interesting people to visit with! Stop by and visit Jeff, Jessup, Jonny, Janet, John, and...............NOAH!

These guys know what they are talking about, and always steer you in the right direction. I have bought a ton of stuff while restoring bikes, and they have always been very helpful. I have also had them work on one of my bikes, and they did the job for a fair price.

I have been a rider for over 35 years. I have always knew of Great Plains and used them when I couldn't find parts for various bikes. This last time takes the cake. I have not been in their store for over 8 years. The last time I was restoring an 850 Yamaha. I went in a few weeks ago looking for a part for my Harley and Noah asked about that old 850 I was working on. Blew my mind that he could remember me after all these years. Long story short, I described what was happening with my 09 Dyna and he knew right away the problem and the part needed. I have been living with this grinding noise for several years. Harley dealers and mechanics couldn't figure it out. Read for days on the forums and found out others have the same issue to no resolve. Noah knew right away it was the starter clutch and sold it to me. Installed today and it starts so smooth, just like new!. Noah and staff need to be givin a little more credit than some of the reviewers are giving them. I can not say enough good things about them and will always go there FIRST. Great prices, quality service, and knowledgeable staff. A++ Long live Great Plains!
