Grazing Gouda

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE! Took a charcuterie class with Alexis in Wahoo with a girlfriend and it was the perfect girl date! The class was smaller so I felt like she really had time to connect and help everyone! She knew her cheeses of course! I have taken a different charcuterie class in the past and Alexis blew that one out of the water, she gives you more food, more details, & emails you after with more tips & tricks! Check out her instagram she does amazing stuff. She made me feel like I could make a fancy board for all my future gatherings!

My husband gave me a gift certificate to Grazing Gouda for a workshop with Alexis and the charturderie board class. There were eight of us and it was a wonderful evening. Alexis was great at it as explaining the process and what all we were to do and the board turned out beautiful.

We wanted to gift our mom a unique, local gift for Mother's Day and thought a cute, custom charcuterie box would be sweet. Understandably so, Grazing Gouda was all sold out of their Mother's Day ensembles. But, Alexis was an absolute sweetheart to accommodate our request and made a special delivery first thing Monday morning. She was supremely communicative throughout the entire process and took into consideration all of our special requests. I ordered a charcuterie board for an event I was hosting. It was beautiful with a lovely variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and spreads. The guests were so impressed and it made my party incredibly easy. Alex was friendly to work with. I love supporting this small business and will definitely be a repeat customer!
