I'm a new resident, and my application and move-in experience have been great. My leasing agent Bridget has been very helpful and informative at each step in the process, and she patiently explained everything I needed to do. I'd had a rough few weeks with my return to Omaha, and I very much appreciate her assistance.To top that off, I've already had a good interaction with apartment maintenance:Rick, the maintenance man who came by to take care of my broken thermostat, gave excellent service. I want to emphasize that Rick was professional, and very efficient at making the repair. He was also a real pleasure to talk to, soft-spoken and polite, and he came across as a decenr, hard-working guy. I don't know what you're paying him, but you should pay him more and hold onto him, because he's really good at his job.Rick was at my apartment soon after I called to report a defective thermostat, which I greatly appreciated since the forecast predicted cold weather that night, and even colder weather in the coming days. My thermostat would either not work at all, or was unable to sustain heating - last night was pretty uncomfortable for me, even with a lot of blankets. Rick quickly replaced the bad thermostat with a newer one, and now my apartment is warm and comfortable.Kevin White

Moved out after six months because during that time I had four bats in my apartment. last one was in my shoe. Had to complain to the health department and the humane Society had to complain to the office that there was a whole family living in the walls, which there is before they let me go. Because the bat was in my shoe I had to go through a MoNTh of hemoglobin shots and rabies shots at the cost of my HSA (insurance) and that if they did not cover everything that they would talk about it then. I also found a roach towards the end. This place is gross and totally made me paranoid.

The office staff are great, but the company they work for; Monarch makes your stay a regrettable decision. They seem to be trying to force me to stay with them by screwing my lease up and threatening to charge me outrageous amounts for simple necessary changes.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Treated like trash by apartment employees. They will disregard any request and act like you don't exist. It's a very bad neighborhood. My car was broken into here and a phone, car keys, and the key to the unit was stolen. The apartment did nothing to correct this issue, and even refused to get a replacement lock to us, even though we offered to pay just to feel safe in our own home. There's constantly police officers showing up at ungodly late times of the night and the flashing police lights wakes us up multiple times a month. Even witnessed some vandalism done to the property, called it in and filed a police report, got plates and everything, and the apartment complex took no further action and disregarded everything that was stated as a concern. The hallways are filled with bugs and dirt. It's repulsive. Think twice before deciding to live in this community. Your health, safety, and quality of life WILL be compromised by living here.

You want to pay 1,000.00 a month in rent and feel like you live in section 8 ? COME HERE . Ghetto ghetto and more ghetto . Smells like weed every time I enter my apartment building . The building across from me ? There parents do not care and let's there kid go out side screams his lungs out for fun . You can hear just about every single thing through these walls . The child upstairs sounds like he using the floor like a trampoline . I work 3:30am-12 . Right when I enter to finally sit down and relax . THUMP THUMP THUMP. Super ghetto First year here, first year out ! Gone after my lease is up . I don't even feel safe parking my bmw here with out getting mugged , keyed or dinged .

Hello my name is Jamie & I have lived at Grandridge since December. THIS IS THE BEST STAFF & COMPLEX I'VE EVER LIVED IN ! I have been renting since I was 14 , so I know apartments I'm 44 , I'm finally home !! After living in so many " Apartment homes" that were so sweet & great until the ink on the lease dried than good luck right !? Not here The Monarch MGMT team took over & it's fantastic!! My apt is clean spacious , great balcony & affordable !!! When you pay your water sewer & trash bill , included is basic Cox cabel!! The staff is outstanding, EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY & APPROACHABLE! Aubrey had helped me from get go , As well as Jennifer ,John ,Ally ,Shauna & The AMAZING maintenance staff ( I've never waited over 24 hours !!! Ever !!!)Grandridge cares ,& gmhas so much to offer I couldn't possibly say enough Great things about it.. I haven't received any compensations this is my honest review of my home & community. J
