Grand Manse

I wish I could do 0 stars...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I booked a wedding there, but before I could do that, I had to leave 2 messages and write 2 emails before anyone responded. (That should've been my first clue.) The woman in charge takes FOREVER to respond to anything. (Should've been my second clue.) When we arrived for our tour, she was 10 minutes late. (Should've been my third clue.)We later decided to cancel our reservation. It is taking FOREVER to get our refund check and again is taking FOREVER for anyone to respond to our emails. Don't get married here unless you don't want anyone to get back to you with any questions or concerns in a reasonable amount of time! Unfortunately, I don't think this review will matter because it is a beautiful place for a wedding and once a bride is set on something, not much is going to change her mind.

The staff at the Grand Manse was completely rude. I would never do business with this unprofessional group. They should remember that everyone is a potential customer and not to treat people bad.
