Graley's Creamery & Confections in downtown Papillion, NE, is a delightful throwback to the late 1800s, offering a Victorian-era ambiance with super-premium, all-natural, homemade ice cream. Our family has always had wonderful experiences here. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They are particularly accommodating of our youngest son's egg allergy, taking meticulous care to prevent cross-contamination, which we deeply appreciate.The ice cream is delicious, with a variety of unique options that cater to all tastes. I especially recommend the homemade waffle cones with the Dark Chocolate!For anyone seeking delicious treats and outstanding service in a nostalgic atmosphere, Graley's is a must-visit.

When here you must try the Ooey Gooey Butter cake ice cream. This is a busy spot in summer with a friendly vibe. I haven't had a bad ice cream experience here honestly but I don't often vary fromthe known. They have an old-fashioned soda counter for those that are looking for some nostalgia. Must try this locally owned shop when in Papillion.

This is our second time in. Has already become our all time favorite. Today a banana split and waffle cone of several varieties. Always quite wonderful food, and ladies, the same here. We like this.

Ummm YUM!!! Customer service was a bit rough at first maybe the young lady helping us was new?! She kinda wondered off to the side and someone else helped us and it was all up hill from there. I will definitely be returning. Can't post a pic of the amazing ice cream because well, I ate it too fast lol.

I can understand why this place is so highly rated and talked about! I love homemade icecream and this was no exception, great flavors and plenty of options.I would have rated this higher, however I feel the cost is much more than other similar shops. The two items (1 waffle cone + 1 dish) were over $18 which surprised me. I'd come back more often if the prices weren't so high!

Lovely ice cream shop located in downtown Papillion. First, there's lots of parking which is always a fan favorite. Lots of great flavor I've creams, toppings, sundaes, and cones to choose from. There are seasonal flavors available as well. They also have pastries; cookies and hand pies which were delicious. Walk inside this beautiful historic building and find a gorgeous ice cream parlor. I'm a huge fan of historic charm and this place is packed with it wall to wall. There's a decent amount of seating; booths for 4, small tables for 2 and quite a few seats at the ice cream bar. Or you could grab your ice cream and walk the downtown strip or go to the nearby park. This is great spot to hit. Great for a quick stop, date night or family dessert.

Judging from the other pics here on Yelp, i expected something quite charming. However, within a couple minutes of walking in it was obvious this place was "restored" on the cheap. And it doesn't seem like they're maintaining the place all that well. See the pics. As for the ice cream I had toasted coconut. It was yellow (?) had little creaminess -- like it was made with skim milk. However, the mocha almond i tried was much better and creamy like one with expect.

Best ice cream around town. Wish they would carry the pistachio flavor more because that flavor is amazing. Decor reminds me of a soda fountain and ice creamery I would go to when I was a kid super inviting! Service is always amazing. They always offer you samples is you're in between flavors. If you are wanting to take the kiddos, family, first date or really anyone out for ice cream take them here

Great customer service, reasonable prices and good ice cream - we love going here after our kids' activities for a family treat.

Always great service. Line goes fast and great selection of flavors. Cute old time environment. A little pricey for ice cream. $13.71 for three scoops.
