Gorilla Wash

It was so easy joining for car wash subscription but i have been trying to cancel it and this is my 3rd day in a row calling then to cancel and they still haven't. I have probably talked to 10 different people. Some hangs up on me . Always ask for name and email and never get back go me. DO NOT join their monthly car wash subscription

I use, and recommend, their self-serve carwash. They also have an automatic drive-through wash, which I have not used. Compared to other washes, the equipment is well maintained and the prices are about average. I like the ability to use a credit card, though you've gotta read the instructions and hit the red button when finished to avoid overcharges.They have the usual set of selections (including high-pressure soap, brush, and low-pressure spot-free rinse). They don't have extended and dubious selections such as 4 varieties of colored foaming wax (yeah, I encountered that at another wash recently). I think one or two stalls may have a dryer, but I always use stalls near the end, and they don't have a dryer.The bays are enclosed on three sides, which provides shelter from the weather but can be unnerving when it's getting dark and few other people are around.I usually plan my trips so I can enter and exit northbound on 156th. U-turns are explicitly permitted in this area, but are best avoided if you can.

Absolutely do not go here! Worst car wash experience ever.. I choose the $10 car wash for the automatic wash and deposited a $20 bill. The machine gave me no change. I've have been trying to contact customer service and they are refusing to give me my change. All I ask is that I receive either a check or cash for $10. I wouldn't lie about not receiving change. The machine specifically said unable to give change even though it said it accepted $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. I guess if you go here make sure you use card or exact cash cause otherwise you will be stolen from

I am a hand wash person. Just a preference, like to do it myself. To me, not worth spending a lot of money since it'll probably rain the next day or two. The PROS and the CONS is the same thing; the credit card interface. Once you activate the wash with your credit card, it won't shut off until you hit the red button. There is a timer, clear rate breakdowns posted based on time intervals. If you are a wash cheap skate like me, you have to mind the clock constantly. The mechanics of the wash wand itself works well.

I've used this facility three times and each time they charged my credit card $10 instead of $7 that it showed on the LED panel in the wash.Don't use this place it's a rip-off

Carwash continues to charge your card, no matter how many times you hit the stop button. Not cool. I'll never go here again.

Been coming here 7 years. Great place. Reasonable price & it's touch-less. It's the only place I go when I'm too lazy to hand wash it. Friendly staff if you ever need then. Keep it up!

Hard location to get too but overall decent business. 4 mins a wash on self service. The sprayer on the soap cycle had weak pressure but the other cycles were good. I would go back again.

For the past year this car wash has really gone down hill. the automatic rarely works. Just went again today. The soap just fell down the side not getting any on my truck. I usually go once a week but this will be my last time. I don't know if it was sold or not but even when it does work it does not clean as well as it used to. My guess is cheap cleaning agents. This used to be a great place to go but not any longer. Sorry you lost me forever.
