Gorilla Car Wash

Went to broadway location to wash my truck put 20.00 in got 5.00 dollars back and would not let me in the bay for a wash , attendant on duty told me there wasn't anything he could do for me!!!!! Called the phone number I got online and they told we can take my info and someone would call me, this business can keep my 15.00 dollars , I can't wait for club car wash to open , then I can a clean truck for my money

Good car wash in the greater Omaha area! One of the only DIY car washes around the area. They take credit cards which is super convenient if you're like me and don't carry much cash on hand! My routine is to use the high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, followed by a spot-free rinse at the end as a nice touch up. Highly recommend this place if you wanna wash your car yourself and get a quality car wash at a decent price ~$6.50. A+

This is a great car wash! They take debit /credit cards now at the self wash! The touch less wash is great too!

No directions or price or runtime of wash bay to pay with a card. Unknowingly to me when you swipe your card it's $1 a minute until you stop the wash yourself. Which is completely backwards. Usually you swipe your card and it sets a timer for 4Mins of spraying then at one min left it will buzz telling you the wash will end soon and then you hit the button to add another couple of Mins of time for $3 or 4 bucks. So the wash ended without warning so I swiped my card again and then i hit the button which ended the wash. It didnt add time like every other self serve wash does in this town so again i had to swipe my card because there was soap all over my car. Then $36 later , 3 charges of $ 12 i got the soap off my car. They make the process of payimg with a card difficult and confusing on purpsoe to steal your money . ​

I waited in line for 20 minutes for the unlimited wash that I paid $53.00. When I got up to use it the server was down on the app. That was the message that I received on the app. I then paid $16.00 with a bank card. I have called customer service and left messages on the app and no call back to refund my $16.00. Terrible customer service and now cancelling my membership!

Poorly designed manual car wash. The hose on each spray tool and brush is in the direct center so it constantly beats against your vehicle. You also have to spray the hose itself because it's laying right on your vehicle. The sprayer comes on 30 seconds after you actually turn it on. The scrub brush is very small so it takes you longer to wash so you have to constantly add money. The rinse takes nearly a full minute to go from soap to clean water so you can't rinse very quickly so you'll have to add money. The entrance is super narrow so if you have tow mirrors you won't fit.Just a bad car wash all around.

The automatic car washes are a complete waste of money. No matter how much you spend your car does not get clean. The do it yourself washes are decent but you have to spend a lot to get your car clean. It's unfortunate as this used to be a decent car wash.

A big negative on my experience. Unfortunately there was Street construction going on at this location. However, I was willing to work with that. Once in a bay, there was not a change machine available and my $ bills were all rejected . I have issues using a credit card at car washes so that is on me. Even if I had been successful in washing my vehicle upon exit I would have had to drive down a muddy alley and dodge front end loaders and skid loaders driving in the alley. Hopefully when Broadway construction is complete this will become a user friendly car wash. Until then, good luck!
