I found this location to be quiet and not overly crowded which promoted a pleasant shopping experience. I found a good variety of high quality clothes in good condition. I will return to find other treasures.

Bookguy needed a sport coat to wear to a wedding and didn't want to spend big bucks for this one event. Enter Goodwill Store. The store is very clean and well organized so it doesn't take a lot of searching through racks and racks of clothes. We could practically see the right area from the door. There was a surprising amount of sport coats organized by size. Some had traditional sizing like 40 but some were marked large, extra large etc. We were able to quickly find a suitable coat in excellent condition for only a few dollars. This was a much better deal than spending a couple hundred dollars at a men's clothing store. He also found a new pair of athletic shoes. Bookguy hates shopping for clothes so if there is a lesson to be learned for us from this experience it is this: think about clothing priorities and uses. Start at thrift stores to see if those requirements can be met. It's better for the environment too!

All omaha goodwill are terrible in the pricing they get things free and charge way too much especially recently. I walked in and there were a pair of Crocs priced at 30.00 WTF is wrong with you people!! how do people on a budget that doesn't on thrift shops afford to purchase anything Goodwill you should be ashamed of yourselves it's all about the dollar now I guess. I think everyone should BAN Goodwills in omaha !!!

This is apparently the HQ =of Goodwill in Omaha, moving to North 72nd Street a few years ago after closing it's location near 42nd and Pacific streets.Besides the occasional shirt or random item, I usually don't have good luck here. I probably just need to stop by more often. That said, this location is typically pretty busy and picked over. And like other Goodwills, prices are a little higher than smaller thrift chains. That doesn't mean I won't keep stopping by every once in a while because it's the random trips you seem to find those treasures. Plus, they even have a coffee shop, snack bar and internet cafe. I'm pro community outreach, for sure.

beware of this store!! i have wonderful experiences at all other goodwills but for some reason this store has decided to use totally different policies than all of the other stores in the area. instead of ripping the sale paper tag, they pull it out and when I got home two items had huge holes in them where the tag was pulled out. can't return those. in addition, they are very unlikely to accept any returns even if the items adhere to the return policy. they say they "reserve the right to refuse the return". skip this store and go to the other locations where you will be treated like a customer.

You know I had one bad experience here. One out of many visits. The no kid rule. Thanks for setting a policy. Now I go with my other and he watches the three year old and we switch off. Gloves and mask required. Gloves probably smart even before covid.

I've been to most of the area's Goodwill locations and this spot, by far, is the best! I found brand name after brand name, right after the other - it's incredibly clean and organized but above all, the employees were fantastic. I've never felt more 'taken care of' at a Goodwill than I did here. Every employee that passed me stopped to ask if I was finding everything ok or if I needed help. I had a few things in my pile that I decided against at the end of my trip and an employee gladly took them away. I even told him I felt bad making him do the work (I just didn't want to put them in the wrong spot) but he was quick to tell me it was totally fine. I will definitely be back. The people were so great!

What is going on with the pricing of clothing! I heard that corporate give a list of clothing labels with prices. Why dont you try looking at what you are marking. Dress with stains and very much worn for $7.99... the loft sold it cheaper 5 years ago. Shoes and jackets marked at $7.99 and $14.99. You can still get a pair of shoes for the old prices of $3.99 but you would have to clean the crap off of the soles! You are not a re sale store you are getting your clothes by donations... Resale consignment stores have strict guidelines..... You find better deals at the Humble Lily... clothes are clean pressed and do not have missing buttons or broken zippers!!!
